I’ve been a member of CrossFit Evolution since 2017 and was a CrossFit newbie. Whether new/experienced the coaches meet you where you are and help you safely build from there. The workout programing continues to be great and scalable to all levels. Also, during the COVID shutdown, Monique and Leo went above and beyond to ensure that we could safely workout at home and maintain the camaraderie that we get from a live class. Love this place and the long-lasting friendships that I’ve made. Hands down the best place in Longwood and one of my happy places!
Best gym in Central Florida!! I always feel like I am getting professional advice and guidance throughout my workouts. The staff is caring, safe, encouraging and very clean. I quit my old gym and signed up here full time because I enjoy it so much! I have a deeper awareness and appreciation for physical fitness because of the coaches here!
Crossfit Evolution is a top tier gym. The level of coaching and direction I received was amazing. Monique and Leo know how to challenge you to achieve your fitness goals and encourage your to best your best. The keep the gym a positive environment filled with members who enjoy being there. I can't say enough positive things about this place.
The crossfit gym i belonged to for several years closed their doors last year. Monique at crossfit evolution welcomed all of us to come check out her gym. I’ve tried out several different crossfit gyms over the years and evolution is by far one of the best. Her and her husband are excellent coaches. You can tell they have many years of experience in coaching. They guide you, they correct your form but also compliment you. Did I mention class size? Definitely NOT crowded which makes it easier for the coaches to keep an eye on everyone . I HIGHLY recommend checking out a class! You won’t regret it!
I've been a member at Crossfit Evolution for over 2 years now. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The other members are so encouraging. The workouts are super challenging yet infinitely scalable to any fitness level. The facilities are clean and well kept. What more could you really ask for. Crossfit Evolution is the fun, friendly, and challenging fitness community I was looking for.
I’ve been a member for about 2 years, the coaches, programming, and community at this gym is top notch. I’ve seen such an improvement in my strength, fitness and overall health. I’d recommend CrossFit Evo to anyone looking to get in shape, meet new people and have fun.
Crossfit Evolution has been around in our community for over 15 years and they have been the top Crossfit gym in Central Florida since. The owners are very knowledgeable and they make it fun! Thank you Monique and Leo for your passion for Health and Fitness and for putting it all together to make our goals easier to reach!
If you're looking for the best gym in Longwood, look no further. When I started working out here 3-4 years ago, I was a bit intimidated as I have never lifted weights before and concerned that I would be the oldest person in the gym. Those worries vanished after my first day. There are members of all ages and skill levels. The coaches take the time to ensure that you are trained on proper form and movement to avoid injuries and get the most from the work out. If there is something that is beyond one's skill level, they will scale it down so that you will still get maximum benefit without injuring yourself. Since joining, I've seen an increase in my strength, flexibility, balance and confidence. Don't hesitate, just come down and check it out. You'll be hooked.
This gym is impeccably clean! All the staff do a great job of coaching in a positive and encouraging manner. With their coaching I have been able to complete my first toes to bar and my form is improving each time
Best workout in Central Florida! I've been to a lot of different gyms around and this is one of the best by far. Very clean and awesome Coaches, highly recommend checking them out.
