Waited 6 weeks to speak with a banker at the location. The day before my appointment I get a call stating the banker is off this location is a joke.
Racist and judgmental. I don’t know who hired these people to work at Wells Fargo branches anyways but they need much better training for “CUSTOMER SERVICE”!
“There is only 1 employee currently working and she is going to lunch soon for 30-45 minutes before she takes the next client.” Everywhere i’ve worked has a set lunch time period not a range, and also how is there only 1 employee who can help anyone at 14:00? Rude. Unprofessional. Unacceptable.
When you enter the bank you are not welcome by any of the workers. They all walk pass by you with the heads straight ahead. Also was sitting for more than 2 hours until I was finally acknowledged, to be told it would have been my turn except someone else had booked an appointment online so she will have to see that person before me. Horrible experience would not go back there.
Always a 45 minute wait. Only two banker that can assist you with personal banking and one is not available most of the time . I have been at this bank at least three times this month and waited from 45 minute to two hour. Meanwhile their are three tellers with no line their not doing anything.
Nothing really special to recommend it. No accounts that offer anything that creates a reason to have one. The service is okay. The tellers are okay, but besides processing your transaction, there is nothing special, and customer service is okay, although I found Wells Fargo's policies not specifically this branch's, or it's CSRs are not customer friendly. In fact, when my father died, pursuant to a provision in NYS state law for small accounts, a few local and national banks provided a very simple process, while Wells Fargo refused to provide the simple process the law both allows and absolves them from liability for providing, instead requiring otherwise unnecessary court proceedings.
I applied for Wells Fargo Private party Auto Loan in early April. That process alone was a bad start. I uploaded necessary documents online that was needed to complete the loan process and some of the documents were rejected but I didn't know until I checked about 2 days later. Twice that happened with no communication for my "Loan representative". I got approved for the loan I wanted at $5000 and that gradually went up to close to $5500 as other charges were applied. Shouldn't a complete disclosure of charges be done upfront as its a general loan and not applied gradually after 2 weeks? Finally got that done and went to nearest branch to complete the process. Process on the first day went smoothly. Got a call the 2nd day that the seller was given too much money so I had to go back to give back close to $500 which of course is delaying the process again as the bank is not close to me and it is the weekend. So 2 days later I go back and return extra funds that they shouldn't have given in the 1st place. A few days later I call my loan represenative for an update and he asks if no one calls me. Apparently the seller didn't fill out a few documents correctly and they didn't review them at the time and they have no contact information for him. I call the bank and of course its true. Again a screw up on their part. They got his contact number but the rep that had it is not at work and they cant get in his desk and I no longer had it. So this goes on for another week. The rep comes back and says he is trying to contact the seller. I get in contact with the seller as I found his number and call him. He says they did speak and they no longer need him. No one calls me to tell me this. I call a day later and its confirmed so they then tell me its no longer in the branch's hands I have to deal with the phone reps. This isd only part of my experience involving the loan but still one of the worst parts. The car has been sitting in my garage since April 2nd, today is May 22nd and I still do not have a title with no errors on my part.
I checked the time before , going 9:30-4:00 the bank was closed,there were a lot of men in hazzard suits spraying. Lobby was open for Atm but it would not give me the amount needed.they need to post if they are closed and when they will re-open. I have to travel by public transportation from far. 3 buses. There was no bank worker in sight at riverdale location. I was there 11:30 am
I was sitting for waiting a banker who was just chatting with a man for 30 mins. They were talking and laughing. I did not hear they talking anything about Wells Fargo service range. Finally, a gentleman helped me. I still fell angry about this Wells Fargo personal banker.
I was in this bank and there was a cashier she was ta liking about her life whit a customer for long time and she was slow, and they have bad customer service. Her name is Angela Russo
