Horrible...spent 1 1/2 hours getting 2 locks sold me deadbolt with wrong cylinders had to go back for another 1 1/2 hours...also bought tool for $38.00 that they admit doesn't work but won't refund my MasterCard because they didn't get enough MasterCard purchases by other customers to offset the $38.00 refund????? Never heard of such a thing...prime example of why to buy online...no customer service might as well get the online price..all they do is sell locks but can't give the right parts the first time. .pathetic...

I had a problem with a door that got out of line with the frame catch and they cut the metal opening lower and now it catches. My hats off them thank you very much

Very sad to hear that they're going out of business. I just wanted to thank you for your 84 years of service and that I wish this wasn't true.

I always thought I'm number 1 when it comes to customer service until I walked in to this place to pick up and order from them .!! Really nice people and very quick service...
