Truckers beware!!!!.. Terrible service , they will not sign any TIME IN/ TIME OUT, of course because of the horrible Administration, made me wait 2 hrs for employee to show up then 3 for loading and 1 for Paper work, then to refuse sign my Time In/ Time Out.. They will not assist in anyway. Buyers Beware !!.. this is a company who washes thier hands of you after the sale. Poor Quality in my opinion, poor service, lack of profession respect toward truck drivers. BUYER , rusty Bolts and interior that sells like Dog Pee.. Sorry WACKER, you should have more respect for people.

The training there leaves a lot to be desired. There idea of training is having someone walk you through the process for maybe 45 minutes, and then you're on your own. They tell you that you'll be rotated so you don't get burned out on one station, but it's all bs. they expect you to meet unrealistic numbers when working 2 separate stations. All in all I do not recommend anyone taking a job there unless it's just till you find something else / better.

If I would have known that I'm unable to talk to a live person at Wacker Neuson Headquarters, I would have NEVER bought a ET90 at auction. I recently purchased a 2019 ET90 Excavator at auction from a reputable rental company, it needs a few parts to make it complete. My problem is : I can't order parts online, no dealers that even stock a machine like this in my area, I finally find Alta Equipment in Orland Park, IL to look up a part number and to be told it is on back order indefinitely. Really? No one makes a bucket pin? I should have purchased the Bobcat 85 that originally was after.

Hey I have a serious question for you guys. Do you do Tuffram? I work at a machine shop very close to your business and all our tuffram is sent to a different state due to not being able to find other company's close to us. Not only that it takes about a month to get our parts back because it goes freight. Any feedback would be great. Thanks
