Waco Ob/Gyn at Hillcrest

I would not recommend this place to anyone that is relocating from out of city/state later in their pregnancy. They do not take patients past 26 weeks, and I was currently 25 weeks so they would not see me. The only thing they said they could do was give me a phone number to a different clinic close by. However, they weren’t even sure if this other clinic would be able to see me and it had terrible reviews. I was able to call around the area and find another doctor’s office that was extremely supportive and understanding of my situation. I was able to easily book an appointment once sending over my health records. Overall, highly disappointed with the lack of care shown by this location.

While trying to schedule my first appointment I spoke with Christina, who was very informative and walked me through step by step of understanding the app and how to view and schedule appointments. She was so friendly, and courteous, it’s very refreshing to receive outstanding customer service!

I gave birth to my first daughter Back in 2012. I've had 6 other children since then, now im having my final and last one. I've conceived all of them at this hospital. They have really amazing staff , and are extremely helpful.

My mom went in for surgery on Friday and everyone has been so wonderful. Dr. Wang asked us if we can do a prayer for my moms surgery and after we prayed for her surgery, it made me, my grandmother, and my dad it made us feel better. After her surgery we were placed in the Women's and Child Center. Dr. Wang and the Registered Nurses were so very kind to me and my family and they took great care of my mom. The nurses were very friendly and helpful.

Dr Carl Dunn and his nurses were great - all very helpful and nice. Nobody seems to know how to do their billing though and has no desire to find out. It's so bad that I will not return, even though I loved Dr Dunn.

I have been unable to find contact information for the overall clinic administrative office. When I call the main number, no one is willing to give the clinic supervisor name or contact information and I was not contacted in return when I left my name and number.

I have been a patient since 2009 and have went through them since my first daughter and they are really god at what they do i great appreciate you dr woods and pat berg you have been more then wonderful

Great experience i was there for my first born and plan on going back for my second when the day comes ...
