Drop a vehicle off my plan on the 4th of november and paid my monthly premuim due again on the 15th.well they charged me the full 173. As if i still had 2 vehicles on my plan. Now my plan was 135. Monthly with 1 vehicle and went to 173. A month with 2. Well since i went back to 1 vehicle my plan went back to 135. A month and they said they back dated it to the 4th and credited my account with the overpayment to my dec. And january payment. Well my dec. And january payment are 135. Each month because they said thats were my overpayment went to. Lol. But guess what ? My payment actually went to 135. A month because i dropped my 2nd car off my plan so it went back to original price anyway. Well they cant seem to understand that my premuim discount was for me dropping a vehicle not them crediting my overpayment for my nov. 15 payment. Needless ro say i got nowhere with them and still havent received a refund for my overpayment. Beleive it or not but theres a difference between an over payment credit and dropping a vehicle credit. Not good business at all!
