The staff is wonderful. It has been a little while since my wife and I have been into this eatery and yet when we walked in the cook at the grill remembered what we had the last time we were there and what we liked. A little home town feeling in a rat race world, it felt so nice. Not to mention the food was done perfect and very fast. A wonderful experience  Wheelchair accessibility: If you have mobility problems don&#39;t worry there is plenty of accessibility in the parking as well as eating access to the restrooms and the dining rooms as well

Manager was nice and upbeat. Server did everything she could in her power to be the worst at her job she was rude didn't take or order right never checked on us and my coffee was cold. I understand it might be crowded in there but yall really need to learn quality over quantity pushing people out will not fill your pockets instead of 2 dollar tips all day try and make it to atleast 5 PS I never tip below 5 that's how disappointed I was and I love Waffle House I guess just not that location

This place was disgusting. I left before I had a chance to eat. The cook was in a bad mood and everyone was arguing with each other. There was garbage and food all over the place. They had a huge pile of cooked meat on the cutting board. Not sure how long it was there but it seemed they were serving it. I eat at waffle house all the time but I'll never go back to this one.

Had a good server but their menu has been made to have even less offerings. They need less pictures and more of the things they do make like omelets, pork chops, toppings like "country" for the hash browns etc put back on the menu. I was surprised to hear they had no Gravy.

I'm very disappointed at this location my son & I are visiting from out of town was looking forward to eating the waffle house because we don't have one in our area. We walk in wasn't greeted and stood by register for 5min no one acknowledge us, we finally asked if we should seat ourselves, we were given a nod to seat our selves. Sat at our table for 10min no oneassisted us, it wasnt busy and they had more than enough workers! After waiting a waiter finally asked what we wanted to drink, she came back with warm lemonade..she took our order and didn't write it down. After about 5min another waiter came over and asked what we wanted to order says the other lady didn't put the order in..we decided to leave and take our money else where.. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! The sign out door says now hiring friendly folks and no one was friendly! Time for a new staff with people who do their job!!! This location kitchen looked very nasty and not clean we noticed that when walking out too.The manager that was working at the time name was Candi and after speaking with a employee was told a shift changed was going on and that's why the waiter probably didn't get order in. Excuses to me where's the accountability at this place...

Waffle House! Pecan waffles,grits,and hash browns that were smothered in onion, ham, and jalapeno. My wife's first time ever and she keeps asking when are we going back?  Best part was when she pointed at the picture on the menu and said "I want that!". I showed her how to finish her eggs by swiping up the yolks. You can get fancier but not better breakfast.

Short staffed & busy but they were still positive.. they reassured everyone waiting and eating that everyone will be taken care of.. Good food, got order right and still timelyFood: 5/5

Everytime I come to this location,there is always an excuse on why it's only take out. 9/10 times the employees are out in thier cars hanging out ,no one inside employee wise,and they act like it's a burden that I walk in. Or the number one excuse is we gotta clean our grill. That has to be the cleanest grill in Bartlett. The date is 11/17/22 midnight.

The food was undercooked and excessively salty. The staff was not very friendly. The restaurant needs a serious deep clean. A waste of time and money. I will NEVER eat there again.Food: 1/5

Horrible service, worse food. This place was nasty including the bathrooms!  They also brought the food sporadically. By the time my grandchild's food came out what we had already been served was cold.  What had been served was very far below par,  either under done or on the edge of burned. We paid for the chocolate milk and left.
