Kim and the customer service is superb! The atmosphere is CLEAN and inviting. The puppies are adorable and you can tell they are well taken care of! Cleanliness of the pens and watching the staff picking up any waste immediately. I was impressed and happy to see how loved these puppies are until they find their home. I got my first puppy from Kim six years ago and I we come to get groomed and check on the fur babies! Could not recommend a better place to come whether its for grooming, puppies or accessories for your baby! Thank you for taking care of my baby!!
What beautiful puppies! I have bought two of my dogs from here. My 14 year old and my new one. It’s immaculate and so clean inside! Plus they have the cutest outfits and accessories. My pup got a bunch of new swag. I’ll be back.
Great place for your pets personal things! Carriers, food bowls, but a cute puppy here or just come in to pet them. Friendly staff! Oh did I forget….. get your dogs hair washed and cut!!! This is the Diva store for your Dog. Items you don’t see everywhere! And clothing if you want to dress your pet up!
Just purchased a puppy from here and I couldn't be more thrilled. The owner was very helpful and so was the front desk. I am so happy and my husband will be even happier. The have beautiful puppy accessories and even more beautiful puppies. You have to check out Waggs to Riches!
Hands down the best puppy boutique! All of the puppies are so well cared for and have the best energy. The owner Kim and all the staff provided me outstanding customer service in all aspects. I absolutely adore all of the clothing and accessories they have to offer. Such an incredible experience!
The owner Kim is great. She was very straightforward about the prices and at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Our puppies are very well socialized and smart for their age. Their friendly and happy temperament directly reflects the amount of care and love that Kim and her team have for the puppies. I would recommend this boutique to all of my friend and family!
I used to come in here with a friend of mine right after my dog passed to play with the puppies, and the woman who I’m assuming is the owner is extremely rude. It seemed like she was annoyed that her puppies were being socialized? There was a time where she was very rough with a puppy and once she saw that me and my friend watched her, she immediately changed tones because she knew what she had just done wasn’t right. But of course when I came in with my mother to look at puppies, the woman was all happy and smiles because she saw dollar signs. I also feel like I need to mention the sick puppy that was there and she didn’t seem to have a care in the world. If you’re looking to buy a dog, either adopt or find a reputable breeder like I did. Most of the puppies that are in these puppy stores are from mills and sadly not cared for how they should be.
After doing my research on puppy stores I decided to go with Waggs to Riches and I couldn't of been happier with my decision! Since we are going through social distancing right now, they had us wait outside until the other couple was done, did a thorough cleaning when they left and then invited us in. Kim is very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the conversation we had with everyone working there while we were there. We got our new addition and left with her the same day. No complaints at all! The vet they use is very nice too. Thank you so much for helping us pick our new fur baby!!
Caring owner and the dogs are well taken care of. Our puppy is turning 3 soon and he has been very healthy and had no issues. This isn’t your typical pet store that funds puppy mills and only cares about a sale. We spoke to the Breeder as well as the owner and felt comfortable knowing this is an upright business that is building families. The dogs and the pens are kept very clean, which is more than I can say for a lot of other pet stores. They care about getting you the right dog and setting you up for success. If you aren’t looking to adopt a shelter dog, I’d recommend coming here.
I got my pup from here and everything went so smoothly! I felt welcomed immediately and the staff helped me with any questions that I had. I highly recommend Waggs if you are looking for a top quality dog. They sell cute accessories too!
