Wagner insurance has helped our company get GL, Commercial, and Workers Compensation in a fast timing for our business at good rates! Michael has been a big help on helping us with all the questions we have had these past 2 months. We recently had an increase for our commercial insurance, and sent the info to Michael about this, and he was able to resolve this very fast for us and brought the premium back down for our policy! What a relief!!! Fast on sending over COI when requested!! Great customer service! Highly recommend them!
Just recently switched our GL over to this office and the state requires the insurance agency to send in a proof of insurance for us to renew our business license to legally operate. Unfortunately, they made a mistake on the ALS-1101 form and that resulted in a lapse in coverage in the state system where the state is now pursuing enforcement on our business. Thank you Wagner Ins
In interacting with Keith, I've not found a more knowledgeable insurance agent in all my years. He takes the time to insure I have the proper coverages, and for that I am thankful. Highly recommend this agency!
Rates continue to go up year after year for any number or excuses. Poor customer service whenever I call or visit to get updated information or quotes based on simple policy changes. May need to look for another provider soon.
The most unprofessional insurance branch I've ever dealt with! I had to renew my commercial liability insurance during April 2015 an several companies knew this and solicited for my insurance business. Their agent Debra hounded me for over a month trying to get me to sign with this company. After sending me a quote that was the lowest price, i decided to go with this branch. My insurance expired on the 8th and i signed up on the 6th and gave her my credit card number to take out the down payment. On the 8th, the day my current insurance expired, Debra called and said they didnt know i had the same current insurance company as the one she quoted me at a lower price so they immediately cancelled their new policy because the insurance company said the business belonged to the original company and said thanks have a good day and tried to hang up. I asked for her boss and called a Stacy who said it was my fault for not mentioning who i currently had and they wasn't going to do anything about it and basically tough luck. Very unprofessional and cold. I didn't know they had to know my current company. They underwrite for a big specialty company who does most the insurance companies like me need. So basically they almost put me out of business. I has to go crawling back the 1st insurance with the higher rates and go on record as late paying. Watch out for professionalism with this branch!
