Wagonheim Law serves as general counsel to privately held companies throughout the mid-Atlantic region. We primarily cater to companies earning between $500,000 and $100,000,000 in annual revenue (though, certainly, some earn more, and some earn less). In addition, W&A has developed a robust practice performing transactional work for lending institutions and handling litigation in a variety of fields on behalf of insurance carriers and independent adjusters.
