Bought all new appliances about 2 years ago. Refrigerator doesn't work. We have had 2 loaners, multiple missed connections and have not heard from them or seen our refrigerator in months. Calling on the wrong day means they won't even leave a message for the person we need. Or they say he will call and he does not. Frustrating and not a place I'd do business again. Edit to add: They scheduled delivery of our old refrigerator. I took off work early, etc. No show. Called and they had gone to the wrong house. No apology. Just irritation at US because they had gone to the wrong place...?? Scheduled again. Refrigerator still does not work well and freezes stuff randomly. At this point just going to buy a new refrigerator elsewhere. Wish I had never gone here. Look at how they respond to negative reviews.... it's NEVER their fault. Lesson learned.
Bought a refrigerator was very dirty and had a roach in it and still have not got my money back very unhappy with there customer service
While I have never had the pleasure of shopping this retailer, I want to say I wouldn't. Might end up being mocked on Tik Tok. Recently, I came across a TikTok account where the manager shared some videos taken of a customer acting out. This customer appears to have some sort of mental distress and clearly is being more than a "Karen" as they are referred to in these videos. I am not defending the customer's behaviors and I understand the employees all have a breaking point, but you can hear an employee antagonizing the customer and belittling them. Not very professional. The account holder for these Tik Toks has no other videos posted except these that seemingly mock the customer. The customer's behavior is inexcusable, but so is the reaction of the employees.
Purchased a couch and chair. Prices were great and we love them. Free delivery and hall the old was a huge bonus!
Whenever we need new appliances we go here. The employees are always helpful. When we describe what we want they can usually show us different choices or point us in the right direction to look. They can be busy sometimes but we usually do not have to wait that long for someone to help us. Prices are not that bad when compared to other stores. Repair prices are not that bad. They are fast and efficient. Our ice maker wasn't making any ice and they found the issue fairly quickly. They fixed it and gave us the option to get a new part if we wanted in which we had a month to decide.
Other half purchased a used washer and dryer with a 90 day warranty on 1/18/2021. Washing machine failed on 1/25/2021 one week later. Had a service tech come out two days later and was told the washer needed parts and someone would call me. Later that day I got a call and was told a different guy was coming out to look at the washer. He too was unable to fix the washer. Received a call on 1/27/2021 letting me know that some other broken washing machine they had was being rebuilt for me because no one can figure out what is wrong with the one we purchased. I have not received a single phone call since that day. We spent $340 for the ability to wash clothes for barely a week. It has been 2 weeks since the washer quit working and over a week since we have heard anything. We are a busy family of 4 and being without a washing machine is not acceptable. We had no choice but to buy a washing machine from somewhere else. We heard great things about Wahls and that's why we went there. After this, I don't think we will be referring any of our friends to Wahls.
Happy with the great service my husband and I received. Professional and delivered as promised. We are so happy that our dryer was delivered,hooked up, and with two friendly service personnel. This is not our first time buying from our local store,nor will it be our last. Happy Good Friday and now to finish that overdue laundry.
Picked out a $1,300 washer, was told it was in stock. Drove across town to find out only the display was left. Owner refused to give any sort of discount for being dirty and a floor model with no box or manuals! I even offered to pick up myself and not use the free delivery and install and removal of old washer. I walked out with cash in hand, will take my business elsewhere. I need all new appliances, anyone have suggestions where to go? Lots of places are closed due to the corona. Need suggestions please.
Victims of bait and switch! We purchased 6 new appliances buttttt.. Many many times during the sale we expressed we did not want a floor model. Once delivered we got scratch and dents units. If you squint at the scribbled receipt you can see an S&D. During our in person complaint we were not allowed to see the manager/ owner. Read your receipt before paying or better yet go elsewhere since I saw other stories such as mine. I'll retract this statement if the owner makes things right. That's doubtful looking at other responses.
They are amazing! Went in there to see if they could point me in the direction of a new silverware rack for my dishwasher. Figured I would have to order one since it's not something that most places stock. He went in the back and found 2 different options for me and I was out within 5 minutes. Wonderful service!
