Wait's Bathroom Plus Ltd

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT! Purchased a bathroom vanity 5 weeks ago. Paid in full!! Now the store has an eviction notice on their door after claiming they were away on a family emergency! Still have not heard anything from them, have followed up several times!!!

This store did a terrible job. Did not do the measurement properly. Installed the bathroom counter and 1 side is sticking out. When reporting the problem, the owner has such bad attitude and so boastful. Also, they took their time at their leisure to come in to do the job as they subcontracted the work out and need to wait for the subcontractor to be available.

Avoid to deal with this store !! They ask to pay in full but don't deliver as promised. I am waiting for my order almost 10 weeks now instead of 4-5 wks as discussed originally. Really hope I will get everything what I paid for and soon, not sure anymore. Every time I try to talk to someone in store, they are not available or they are on vacation or they have family emergency, etc I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone wish I read reviews before paying them
