I would highly recommend Wake Forest flowers.  I called two days before my wife’s birthday for a flower arrangement.  They answered the phone quickly, were very polite and made the order easy.  Flowers arrived on time, they called before hand to be sure someone would be home at delivery due to the outdoor heat, not wanting to leave them outside. The arrangement was beautiful, my wife loved it.  I will definitely use them again.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and caring attitude from this floral business with an arrangement for my wife’s 50th birthday. When I called, I asked that the 5 roses and other flowers be arranged in a 360 view due to being displayed on our dining table. Not only did they not follow my request as confirmed on the phone but they delivered them after 7:30pm even though they were promised before 6pm so my wife would get them before we left for dinner. I called the next day and the lady was quite nice and apologized and stated the owner would call me first thing Monday morning. Not only did the owner not call me at all but I had to call her at 5:30 pm to share my experience. I explained what happened and she did not care but stated that the designer had been with her for 10 years and does not make mistakes. Wow, we just moved back here from the Chicago area and did not expect such a cavalier attitude with customers. If we ever had an issue our previous florist would remake our order and send immediately. The flowers were lovely just not what I paid for. You may have a different experience and I hope you do with Wake Forest Florist & Gifts on 536 S White St. however for us, the owner showed no empathy and was uninterested in ensuring this first time customer was a happy one and 3 promises were broken.

Let me just tell you my story about theses beautiful flowers that I got from Wake Forest Florist and Gifts.  I had a very special event that I was attending on Sat and I called to Wake Forest Florist on Monday of that same week to see if I could snag two bouquets of flowers from this place.  I had a vision in mind of a creation that I really wanted to be done.  I had gone to 2 other shops that were closer to my area that I was not quite looking for.  I talked with Alison the shop keeper and she took into consideration all the details I talked to her about and what I wanted and gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The ladies did a wonderful job on the flowers and I just had such a hard time getting rid of them on sat because they were everything I wanted and more.  I drove over 2 hours to go and get them and was just in such awe of how beautiful they were.  I will be using this shop much more often.  Thank you ladies.

This is the only place to get flowers in Wake Florist. We are new to the area and celebrating our 15th anniversary crystal and I was looking for help. They were so nice and picked a beautiful bouquet and crystal vase to help us celebrate. They even had them delivered to where we were having dinner and were on the table when we arrived. My wife just LOVED them. Thank you! I will be back for more. I will add a photo.

This florist is amazing! They were the only florist in the area willing to work with me on my Victorian bouquet for my wedding! They accommodated my special requests and made my tussy mussy bouquet a work of art!

Wake Forest Florist went above and beyond to help us with a beautiful bouquet for my mother-in-law's birthday.  They saved our information, delivery address, etc., making it so quick an easy to place a repeat order.  The flowers are beautiful ... when in doubt order the "Southern Hospitality" hydrangea bouquet!  They are also helpful with describing the flowers and making suggestions if needed.  We have complete confidence in them handling important gifts for our family.

On Monday morning of this week, I met with Julie at Wake Forest Florist to order a casket spray and two 2 matching arrangements for my sister in law's funeral that was on Tuesday.  I knew the order was "short notice" but the flowers that were designed by Wake Forest Florist were PERFECT.  They were exactly what we wanted and made a very difficult day a little bit brighter.  Thank you Julie for your kindness while working with us and for providing exactly what we asked for. I highly recommend Wake Forest Florist!

My Mom received an arrangement from Wake Forest Florist for her birthday…absolutely the most beautiful arrangement we have ever seen! The driver sent a text the moment they were delivered. They thought perhaps they placed the arrangement too close to safely open the door without damaging the flowers and were willing to make another trip to her home to move them. Over & beyond customer service! I highly recommend them for any floral needs!!

I spoke w/Allison & she was so sweet & helped me put together the perfect birthday surprise for my grandblessing's 9th birthday. And then the delivery driver sent me a picture! It helped this Mimi & Auntie feel a little closer to their 'Tinker' on her birthday. I definitely recommend them!!!

I called this morning to have a peace Lilly sent to Bright Funeral Home and was afraid I waited to late to request the delivery for today same day. To my delight I was assured the flower would be delivered by 4 PM. I haven’t seen the flower yet but feel good about writing a review before the service is rendered.
