Come on Walmart, show a little pride in how you display your beef. You would think they would step up their game with Reasors coming in. They put out filet mignon 1/2 frozen which is not good but also put out meat that appears to be going bad with meat that is supposedly fresh. This is a management issue for not training the staff properly. I assume neither cares as they get paid either way.
Terrible service in the grocery pickup. The last two times I have ordered it has taken FOREVER for them to acknowledge my check in and bring groceries. Today I sat out there for 1 1/2 hours, no one would answer the number listed on the sign to call. I had checked in on my phone at 3:30 pickup scheduled for between 3-4:00 at 4:30, a lady finally came and asked about me sitting there for the last hour, then said she would go get my order and did not return for another 40 minutes. Completely ridiculous.
I really like the vision center staff. Suzy, Aimee, Gil, and Callie all helped my family and I with getting new glasses with great value. They helped us get them picked out and everything ready to get them ordered and even to the point of picking them up, which did not take long to get the new glasses in, and fixing them to fit our faces. Thank u all and we will definitely be coming back for more glasses in the near future.
We have never been to this walmart and needed help finding an item and the staff refused to help claiming they were on a timer yet we saw them pause it as well as stop to chat it up with other staff. Amanda the manager did not want to help at all. She knew we were asking for help yet ignored us then later when she wasn't busy we came up to her cause of issues we were having at a register and she had her hand on her hip and didn't even bother to ask if we were able to get what we needed. We spent an hour almost just for 4 items cause their website said it was in one isle and it was in another. Absolutely ridiculous... They need a change of staff big time and management
Stopped for an oil change. Got out of my car and asked where to go for an oil change. I was greeted by the rudest gentleman that asked me, "what the hell do you want?" I said an oil change. He responded, "it's at least a 2 hour wait!" There were barely any cars there! I will never go to their auto center again
This store is closest to my house and is very pleasant to visit, unless you happen to catch the short very plump girl at the doors late at night. She is just... well you just go check her out for yourself.
The gentleman at the deli counter was so nice! Best Walmart employee experience I've ever had. He wore a hat and had a beard. Give this man a raise!
This is one of the laziest Walmart’s in America. There is a racist African American young manager who mumbled a white racial term to me as he walked by. Lazy service at the pickup. Incredibly rude to customers. The young staffers that is. The middle aged and older are polite like it used to be. When being respectful still existed. But this Walmart has hipster service & they help you when they feel like it. And if you show ANY frustration they get mad at you and I was cussed out by an employee. Not disciplined apparently. Yeah Walmart isn’t competitive even with the pricing anymore. The food quality seems to have gone down, if you want to call it quality, at this store or maybe the staff isn’t stocking it when it’s fresh? That would be my guess. I don’t know but I know there’s a racist African American manager with glasses who said “F-Ing white boy” as he walked past me and the pickup area is beyond lazy.
1/3 of store has been walled off for a distribution? center. Everything is cramped now and some items just aren't stocked. Aisles feel dark, giving this place a ghetto vibe. They have lots of fancy new self checkout lanes. Noticeably faster than old ones, so that's nice. Pharmacy got a nice new layout that's convenient. Parking lot has plenty of parking. Bushes at some intersections make this accident prone, as you can't see oncoming traffic. Used to love this place, but it's gone down hill.
Self checkouts don't give back change when paying in cash. Employees act like you're a cheap skate for asking for it back. I was told by the old guy at the door that I would have to wait for the cash office to open or come back, even though the machine didn't print an error paper saying I wasn't given the change. I watched 4 other people use the same machine and didn't get change but they didn't notice. Walmart is ripping people off, one customer at a time. A few dollars isn't that much from one person but multiply that 1000 times and that's a scam. When I left they still hadn't shut down the self checkout. That's called stealing Walmart and it's very illegal. Not to mention that noone would ever believe me saying I wanted my money back when the self checkout receipt said it gave it to me. That doesn't even make sense front door guy.
