You have three types of people there, the first type of people are the ones who've been there for a long while and either know no other place or is scared to leave and act like children, who play games and pranks on other employees, creating a constant headache for management. Forcing any outside adult perspective out, solely out of jealousy, creating a lack of personal and educational growth. The second kind of personnel, would also be the kind to act like a child and complain about how things should run, all while doing whatever possible not to have their own lack of performance noted . Too many different systems and branches in place that overlap, making navigation near impossible. Driving the average season employee away, not creating a stable environment. While there may be few there able to help nature prosperity and growth, both would take a great deal more of patience and time. More than of which, I may have. However I will continue to fight the good fight as long as I remain, whether be it from consistency, to lack of my own time, and ability to carefully select my next position. Hopefully, my endurance will become more prosperous. Although I consistently, also has a very hard time getting what needed to complete my tasks efficiently.

No overnight parking not event at the dunking Donut they will be a police officer with 3 towing truck to tow any vehicle that is in the street or in the gas station

I don’t understand if the trailer is sealed and the security checked, then why the driver should stand and wait until the loader counts. What is our problem..? If something is missing, then send a claim to the sender. why should we waste our time more than 2 hours...??
Yesterday I got a load hauling pillows to the Walmart distribution center in LaGrange Georgia, not even a full load. It took two people 15 minutes to hand load my trailer......... I arrived at the Walmart DC at 6:00 a.m. the first truck through the gate. 6:30 a.m. I was to check in and the first truck on a door. 8:30 a.m. I check on my load and was told it takes about 4 hours for four people to hand offload a trailer..... It's pillows, but it's going to take 4 hours for 4 people to unload a trailer that took two people 15 minutes to load..... Seriously not even exaggerating security guard told me when I came through the door to break my seal open my doors put my paperwork and seal in the envelope and put in the back of the trailer and back on to a door then go to the receiving office. Receiving office had me pull my trailer back off the door get my paperwork back back on to the door drop my trailer again and go back to the shipping office to bring them the paperwork. Because of all this the load getting me home has canceled so now we are scrambling to find a load to get me home for Christmas.
They always lie about hiring I’ve had my profile open for months and I kept fresh and they never called all they is wasted people time they have had plenty of positions open I’ve applied for them and they have still told me different
