The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team at Walden Dental is outstanding. The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist, Dr Frank was very nice and informative. The Assistant is very professional and very personable. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks to Walden Dental. I would highly recommend to anyone!
My experience at Walden dental was top notch. Walking in, i was immediately greeted at the desk and put into the work flow. As soon as I finished my paper work Casey began working on X-rays and teeth cleaning. Casey is the most professional, polite and patient dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She walked me through every step in the process and took the time to answer any questions and explain the processes to me. Soon after, dr Frank came in to introduce himself and present my dental health plan. He was very professional, focused and well spoken. He laid out the plan precisely and made sure I understood I was a stakeholder in my own health. Closing out the appointment was a smooth process. They made sure to explain my referrals and on going plans and let me pay for my appointment. Overall I would say the experience was easily the best dental visit I’ve had. Also they have a very good dog.
This place is FANTASTIC! I had not gone to a dentist in over 10 years and I was terrified that I'd need a ton of dental work. I don't have dental insurance so I was extra nervous. When I called for an appointment the receptionist, Emily, was so kind and knowledgeable. She put me at ease that they'd be able to work with my budget and my teeth might not be as bad as I thought. When I got there I was greeted by 2 sweetheart labradors that belonged to the owner of the office. My dental hygienist was an angel. She was so thorough and patient and even though it had been a decade and my gums were sore it was a surprisingly painless experience. I have been less relaxed at the salon! The dentist was knowledgeable and friendly. The office itself is lovely with good vibes. I thought I had a good dentist in NYC and Walden Dental made it look like a back-alley chop shop! Not once did I feel pressured to spend more money, nor shamed. Thank you Walden Dental for the best experience I've ever had at the dentist! I was only sorry I had not come in sooner.
I had come in for a tooth that hurt whenever I pushed it. The office is simple and modern, and everyone was so friendly. Dr. Frank and Angela were very patient and understanding. They listened to my concerns carefully and helped explain everything I had doubts about. I had another tooth that needed some serious care and they fixed it with a same-day crown; the procedure was fast and pain-free, and was way better than the temporary crowns / metal I had to get at another place. The tooth that hurt turned out to be due to an off-bite and my nighttime grinding, and they were able to recommend what I can do to help it. I've been to 4 different dentists before, and Walden was definitely the best. Would give 10 stars if I could!
I’ve been going here for what seems like a year now, and I will absolutely continue no matter what! I absolutely love everyone in this office, they have the most caring and compassionate staff in Central Texas. The staff tries to get to know you, and actually remembers what you tell them! Every cleaning they bring up conversations we had SIX months ago! I would like to shout out Dr. Wolfington for helping me through two root canals! RDA Lara, you’re an amazing addition to their staff, and I appreciate the extra help you provided me yesterday! The hygienist, Sarah, gives the BEST cleanings ever, she is so fast and talkative throughout, I get excited when she gets assigned mine! Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough, I personally drive an hour just for them! P.S. they have the CUTEST dogs to help calm your nerves
Sarah did my cleaning today and she is always amazing. She was sweet and calmed my nerves. She helped me answer my questions and suggested a new toothpaste. I also always love Emily. She is such an inviting person. Love love love this dentist office.
I can’t thank Walden Dental and Dr. Frank enough for everything they have done for me! I feel like they always give me the best, most honest care, and their office is beautiful. Being able to get a crown made and placed the same day was such a blessing. My husband also loves getting his teeth cleaned there, he actually makes his own appointments! Definitely book your next dental appointment with them, you will be glad you did!
I had been seeing a dentist in SE Austin where he was good at his job but his office was not. Too many people with the same appointment time and ridiculous wait times when many of them showed up, as one example. Walden Dental makes our appointment times ours alone which translates into no waiting time on arrival. The office is ultra modern, surgically clean with the newest and most impressive technologies. The staff are all cheerful and friendly making us truly feel welcome. And after a lifetime of other Dentists across the country, Dr. Frank stands out as unequaled in his procedures and results. I would award 6 stars if I could.
I loved this Dentist and his staff! They are so personable, kind and professional. I felt they truly cared about me and my teeth, rather than how much money they could get out of me. I didn’t feel stressed there like I usually do at the dentist, I actually felt at Home. Thank you to you all, you’re the best!!
Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Right from my first visit I was welcomed warmly. I’ve had several crowns and this was by far the best experience. They have the equipment to make the crown while you are there no temporary crown and waiting for weeks before the permanent is available The office staff are extremely knowledgeable, the hygienist are gentle and the dentist was caring and did a phenomenal job. I had an appointment that had to be rescheduled at the last minute and Emily was very understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend Walden dental!
