Walden Square Dental

Today I went to Walden Dental Square for the first time. I hadn’t been in probably 3 years. Ellie took care of me and she was incredible! She did a full xray and check for cavities . & she cleaned my teeth so gently and effectively! She made me comfortable and did a great job educating me on dental hygiene. I loved her so much I booked my next cleaning with her. 1000% recommend ! The receptionist was also very welcoming and sweet !

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have the worst phobia of the dentist, it took me about 7 years to finally walk into a dentists office this morning. My anxiety was through the roof & couldn’t breathe. From the woman who took my X-rays, to the incredible doctor & the sweetest woman at the door on the way out- I can honestly say I’m not afraid to go to the dentist anymore & am finally on my journey to feeling confident enough to smile again. Thank you so much to the staff that took care of me today, you all went above and beyond your job description and made sure I felt comfortable. I honestly cannot thank you enough… 11/10 stars

Would never recommend anyone to this dentist.. so unprofessional extremely unsatisfied with coming here just for a cleaning in April and now here is June having to loose two teeth because the dentist destroyed them. Never did an exam on me but filled all four corners of my back teeth poorly , sharp , fillings still cutting down into my gums , so painful pressure all over my mouth. I had dental work done previous there and they never updated there system. But here we are ... So came back more than I should have had to for the discomfort and he broke a tooth that wasn't even worked on and tried to bill me for more money saying I now need a root canal and crown . Not to mention the 4,000 I paid for out of pocket for my autistic son's crowns and the day they were being put on the dentist dropped one on the floor. But further more I was recommended by another staff member in the office that I could come to another location of there's for help and when I got there the dentist said "they" who ever that is told him he couldn't touch me. These people have no compassion and I hate going through all this that the dentist did on me. So no one would help me and now end result the damage is irreversible.. never thought I would be going through this nightmare. I really would like the owner of this business to reach out to me to help try and correct this matter because a broken tooth that wasn't even worked on fell down my throat while sitting in Dr Eric Niles chair and four other teeth are still so painful not one person from this place cares about how I feel not even one apology so should be addressed about. Clear negligence , I work at sisters hospital trying to take care of patients all day in pain I would never wish this on anybody . Where are the standard's

Best best best expirence. All staff friendly. Allows you to have headphones in while they work on your mouth... or they also play fun music if u don't have them. Everyone so friendly fast and efficient! Loveeeee Dr. Niles !!!!! finally found my forever dentist family!

I had an excellent experience at Walden Square Dental. They were professional, caring, and friendly. I felt very comfortable there.

So wonderful!! Incredibly compassionate and caring staff. I have severe dental anxiety and, despite my every-visit-breakdowns, they always put me at ease. I would HIGHLY suggest WSD!!!!!!!

I'm very happy with Walden Square Dental. I didn't have to wait, My teeth are really clean and they feel good!! I went to Walmart afterwards! Got some shopping done Nice!!

Dental hygienist is awesome. Can't remember her name but she did my last 3 cleanings and she's very good. Hope she never leaves, the ones I had before her there were very hit or miss
