I need my insulin. When I call it puts me on hold and then rings a long time then just hangs up on me. Worst Walgreens I have ever seen. The East New Cirlce location is the worst. And usually they make customers go to the photo counter to check out because they are too lazy to walk to front checkputs. looking elsewhere. disappointed it used to be a good phar.acy
Louisville location at Fern Valley Riad the pharmacy is completely rude and very u professional. The older pharmacy tech in the back with the braid was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Pretty sure your techs aren’t supposed to cuss at your customers. I for one will never come back to this pharmacy ever again. She was working 5:25pm on 3/21/22. If I could could give less than one star I would. To top it off the manager of the entire store couldn’t even get the receipt paper to work. Like who do you have working here? What happened to their training. You need to do bettter Walgreens
Walgreens teaming up with Village Medical is a fraud and disaster. I was told by my nurse practitioner that I could be treated through telehealth and an occasional visit in person. However after all the bloodwork and other task they wanted to have done they simply said have a nice life and said they were done with me and that I needed a primary care provider closer to my home. I really wish they told me this from the beginning so I wouldn’t have wasted a month of my life trying to find a primary care doctor. They wouldn’t even refill my prescriptions non controlled. Avoid this place unless you have a immediately care concern And there’s nothing closer for you to utilize.
The pharmacy at the Walgreens at 4310 Outer Loop does not even deserve one star they deserve a minus star. My doctors office called in a prescription on August 27, 2021, six days later it still had not been filled so my doctor’s office sent it again on September 2, 2021. On September 7th it still had not been filled so I called them to see what the problem was. I was on the phone 90 minutes waiting to speak with someone. When I finally was able to speak with the pharmacist she told me it would be ready in an hour, it’s two days later and it’s still not ready. So I’ve been waiting 13 days for my prescription, it’s a good thing my life isn’t dependent on this medicine but it wouldn’t make any difference to Walgreens it it did. The worst service I’ve ever had from a pharmacy. If you have a choice, don’t choose Walgreens.
Worst place to go to get your rx filled. They will tell you there ready you go to get and there not. Half the time you wait 15mins for them to find them. Slow is not the word to be waited on. And when you go in the evening there goofing off n have to wait for them to help you especially in the drive thru. Tell you it will b ready in 30 come back 3hrs later and get told they didn't put it in sorry come back tomorrow. I was out n needed that med. But they were closing so I went with out my meds.
Hikes lane store, louisville ky The absolutely worst pharmacy EVER. Waits can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and drive thru is even worse. Pharmacy techs are rude, condescending and confrontational. Pharmacist are nice but overwhelmed.also today 7/17/21 i spent over an hour trying to get through to the pharmacy only to get hung up on each time the system got to me as next in line to speak. I heard them pick up the phone then talking in the background then hang up. Finally called the store manager who gave excuses but did call me back within 15 minutes with the info I needed. This used to be the best store. I'm thinking about switching to another pharmacy group altogether.
Giving the Hodgenville pharmacy 1 star is pushing it! It's awful! It takes days to get through to someone over the phone rings once and then busy signal ALL DAY LONG EVERYDAY, the information for prescriptions on the app is never correct, they close the pharmacy for whole days during the week one time it was closed for an entire week!, they tell you they are getting your prescription ready but when you pick it up hours later, it still hasn't been started on. For the past 2 months my mom has had to wait for her pain meds because the store has been out of stock even though she has been using this pharmacy for over a year so they should know by now to make sure they have it in stock before the fill date. Last month she had to wait an ENTIRE week for it! They've also been out of stock of my daughters meds and we've had to wait weeks for it to come in. After this month we will be switching pharmacies because WE ARE FED UP! Its pretty pathetic that every nurse, doctor, and customer I've talked to HAVE ALL AGREED AND TOLD ME THEIR OWN FRUSTRATING STORIES ABOUT DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! Walgreens used to be the best pharmacy in every city! WHAT HAPPENED???
Walgreens on Dixie highway and Crum's lane. I call and put on hold for 30 min. keep saying there are 3 customers ahead of you then 1 finally someone picks and hung the phone. I called back and too told 3 customer ahead of you. Walgreen's is getting worse and when you go in person its even worse, I'm told your medicine is not ready but they keep sending text saying you medication is ready for pick up.
Scheduled to get my Covid Vaccine Booster through your online system for Sunday at 10:30 am. Drove all the way over there only to be told the pharmacy is closed on Sundays and they do not know why you can schedule appointments online. This is so unprofessional and causes an inconvenience to your customers. With everything going on with Covid this issue needs to be addressed.
The service at Walgreens has gone downhill. The store in Valley Station Pharmacy is always closed in some kind of way. The need for my prescription is needed but I've been waiting for serval days and still haven't been able to get to the pharmacy.
