The only reason why I gave this pharmacy one star is because I wasn't allowed to write my review without  clicking it first. This pharmacy is horrible and I will never come here again. I waited an hour for a booster 30 minutes of that time wasted because they made me complete paperwork  that i completed on line. The store was not crowded  I was very frustrated that they tried to charge my mom over 100.00 for a flu shot.

I have a bipolar disorder and they denied me of my medications because I was not in my right state of mind.....I need my medicine to keep straight minded. They told me I need to get my medication filled somewhere else because I am diagnosed with mental disorders

This three star has NOTHING to do with the employees I encountered at Walgreens. It has everything to do with management. PLEASE GET THEM HELP.   They are on one of the busiest corners in downriver. The associate and cashier I had the pleasure of meeting were kind and helpful. Though they are over worked and under stress, they continue to provide suburb costumer service. WALGREENS - please reach out to this store! You will not keep quality employee's in this work environment.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. I've been using them since October of 2021 just for convenience. They have put so many prescriptions on hold or review or have canceled them with no explanation. I have used other locations plenty of times and have experienced 0 issues, here there's an issue every time. Just this week on a Wednesday at 810pm I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. I heard her tell one car "I can't help you with that today because we close in 15 minutes". When it was my turn at the window the employee put the phone down, leaned on a counter and started conversing and laughing with an employee for 5 minutes with no explanation or no "Please excuse me". The experience here is making me step away from Walgreens all together. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Never have the squishmallows im looking for due to an employee informing people on her facebook group of the new releases in the mornings before i am off work to check for the ones i want. It is not fair of that employee to give a few the chance to buy new releases of the squishmallows. They should not be allowed to do that anymore.

Have been waiting for over 50 minutes in line at the drive thru so called the store to see what the problem was. Waited on the phone for just over 10 minutes. When they finally answered I had walked into the store. To be told there is only one pharmacist giving shots and filling prescriptions. My father's prescription was supposed to be done but had not been started. This place is a joke. The staff is not helpful and honestly do not seem to care about their patients at all.worst Walgreens I have ever visited. It is always like this here.I cannot believe corporate has not stepped in to fix this mess.

Pharmacy is a joke, they act like they could care less about whatever your there for. Almost like you are bothering them or they would rather be anywhere but standing in front of you. Prescriptions that were send aren't there when you show to pick up then your doctor calls and magicly it's been sitting here waiting. 4 years in school to act like you could care less? Seems like someone made a poor career choice.

The pharmacist lied to me regarding a script that was to be filled. A script I have been getting for over 10 years. Not only lied about having it, but told me I did not "need" to get it in his estimation. Made me run out, and drive 70 miles away just to get it filled.  Good news is that the store manager disagrees with such duplicitous activities. You know, pharmacists pretending they are MDs and can use political opinion to justify deny of care. After contacting both the store manager and regional manager, I will now be guaranteed my script. It's a shame such extents had to be gone to for such a small thing, but this is not a luxury item for a trophy wife, this is needed to function and be a dad, husband, worker, and friend, not an invalid sucking on humanity.

Honestly this place deserves 0 stars. Short staff currently or not it's been an ongoing issue for years. Everytime I go its a 30 to 45 minute wait in line. Just waited 40 minutes in line to be told a prescription that was sent in yesterday won't be ready until 2:30 and to come back. I will be changing pharmacies this place is ridiculous.

The status of prescriptions in the mobile app is never accurate. I always have to call to verify that it’s ready or being shipped as requested. I’ve just waited 5 days for meds and still had to call to get the status. However the people who answer the phone are super nice and helpful.
