Darius in the photo department is horrible as far as his customer service. I believe he was hungry and was having a bad moment because of it. I come to this store often and I purchased pictures often from this store as well and was never asked if I own the copyright to the pic that clearly shows that it’s me. I told him that , and he snapped at me aggressively. I walked away and he continued talking loudly and aggressively in front of other customers. I hope management handles him appropriately. Hopefully he can get him a snack before he gets to work and maybe his attitude will be adjusted.

Always my go to shop when buying over the counter medicines. Mostly Prilosec, cold remedies and Mucinex. They are always well stocked on these items. Friendly staff. I've noticed they know regular customers. The staff are always helpful. Store is clean and well lit.

If I could give y’all a zero I would I have been dealing with Walgreens for 50+ years and this was the worst service I’ve ever gotten to the point I no longer want to deal with this company anymore for the rest of my life. It doesn’t take 2 weeks for a prescription to be filled and I missed my scheduled procedure and you clerk thought it was funny she needs a new job she’s a large girl I didn’t get her name I just left there

I told the Pharmacy Manager I will bring my business to another Walgreens. It is unacceptable to wait for a week to fill 2 orders and with me calling everyday to check on the status. Then they called me to pick up , but only finished one instead of 2. So I had to call the Manager to rectify , then came back again to pick up the last one.

Dont care how busy you are,. You dont need to hang up on people waiting on the phone? Is it annoying hearing the phone ring? How bout waiting for 20 minutes only to have someone pick up the phone spout some gibberish then put you on hold again then hung up on.

Has FedEx On-site pick up pharmacy and photo department also western union service limited though Karen was very helpful

I have been in this area for about 9 years and this pharmacy is still the WORST. I dropped off two common prescriptions on Friday evening. I never received a text stating if they were ready or if there was an issue. It is now monday and they are not even ready! Ssooooooo annoying. They are the slowest pharmacy i have EVER been to! Like a previous reviewer stated, IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.. DO NOT COME TO THIS PHARMACY!

I went through the drive through to pick up my prescription. I had the flu and feeling weak. My whole household has been sick with the flu so I had no one to pick them up. I got there at 3:03 p.m. with 3 cars ahead of me. 2 in the left lane and 1 in the right lane. I did not leave until 3:51. Sorry, but that's unacceptable.

DO NOT go to this store if you value your time in any way. I wonder how many zero stars until corporate notices? Even after a script is ready for pickup, I drive by multiple times until there is only 1-2 cars in the drive thru…. and it never fails, 30+ min… even with only a couple cars. i’m at the window right now. there is one customer inside. i’ve been at the window for 6 minutes and have not been greeted. I was the second card in line and i’ve been here over 34 minutes. Doesn’t matter if it’s 8am, 3pm, or 8pm…. always the same story.

The pharmacist is the most impatient person and the crew she runs is illiterate. The girls on site can't even answer simple questions and need training before being put on floor! This pharmacy needs way more supervision of walgreens representatives then any other pharmacy. I'm doubting if this location is making any money and if so it's all unethical!
