The Pharmacy techs are very nice but the Pharmacist is very rude and seemed to be bothered when asked questions or just filling scripts in general. I've been going to this Pharmacy for about 5 years but after this month I'm done. It took them a week to fill a prescription ive been filling every month for five years! Rude and incompetent!
This pharmacy is the worse. One person tells me 15-20 minute wait for a prescription that was called in 2 1/2 hours prior. When returning in 20 minutes, it still wasn't ready. Always a problem at this store. Won't go back. Prescription transfered
They lie to you. Had my boyfriend go there for jumper cables, online it said in stock and ready to be picked up. He drove all the way there and asked an employee, and they said they’ve never sold jumper cables. I called to confirm the lady on the phone confirmed they do indeed have them and they’re ready on the shelf. A waste of time and gas to be lied to.
This Walgreen's pharmacy is the worse for customer service that I have ever been around. They do not take time to listen or to try to assist you in resolving the issue. I have made two trips inside the pharmacy and at least 5 calls to the store, 3 to my physician and 3 to a mail order company to do something that Walgreen's should have known how to do in commercial insurance. I have been to other Walgreen's in other states and never encountererd this type of customer service or lack of concern for the customer.
Very inconsistent service at the pharmacy. Some people are very friendly and helpful, but most are not. Today they lied straight to my face. I'm done.
Quit going to CVS pharmacy because of the long wait times and very disgtuntal staff. Night and day difference. The pharmacy staff makes this the best Walgreens I've ever used. Was even impressed that they call to check on me starting a new prescription.
Sometimes the waiting in the pharmacy drive thru is really long. Would be nice to have a 2nd lane or have the person pull around again if they have to wait a while. Store is nice and clean usually. Well stocked.
Nicest Walgreens around! Everyone is always so friendly and tonight I asked if I could get 2 photos last minute before closing school project and the photo lady said no problem! I appreciate them going above and beyond!
I just moved here from Park Forest, IL. I guess I didn’t realize how bad the service was in PF. This Walgreens is amazing. So happy every time I go which is often. From prescriptions to photo. I am very happy with this Walgreens
