OK... Folks in the pharmacy; when a customer request to pick-up a prescription, you ask them for ID. The ID is provided and you carry to locate the prescription. After you retrieve the prescription you come back to the counter and ask them for the address???? It's on the ID. I'm not understanding this, but it makes a customer wonder; at least it did to me. Employees also speak to customers in a condescending tone as if we did something wrong. If you're going to display a large banner about being the best or #1 pharmacy, All of these actions should reflect such, otherwise take the banner down and get new employees and update policies.
The print shop here was awesome! Super fast and good quality on the prints. I got prints at the CVS up the street and the quality was horrible. Same pictures printed here and in much better quality.
I am definitely not your honey, I'm a customer. If you are going to do a bunch of stuff wrong don't talk to me like I'm your best friend or lover if I've never met you. All I wanted was to be checked out in an efficient manner, and find the products I needed. Interactions with the service providers shouldn't make me feel awkward, you don't know me don't act like I'm your nephew or niece when you're probably not even older than I am. Concentrate on good customer service, which is where you definitely need to concentrate
Placed a same day delivery for my medication since I’m not feeling well and didn’t want to go pick it up. Huge mistake. I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for it. Paid the delivery fee for same day delivery, and I’ve yet to receive it. It’s been “out for delivery” for around 15 hours. I called the store and was told it’s still sitting there! The delivery was set for pick up the next day! I can’t even get my delivery fee refunded because it’s through DoorDash. Never again.
This is the MOST painfully slow pharmacy. I have waited for 58 minutes to pick up while there were 3 people ahead of me and HOURS for simple prescriptions to be ready. Go right down the road to CVS!!! My husband got the EXACT SAME DRUGS it took them 1 hour from receipt of the prescription to pick up. Mine, which were sent 2.5 hours before, took 4 hours and a 58 minute wait to pick up. Ridiculous.
Theay always got what you need on the go, and we get all our prescriptions from them great customer service
I came home just now LIVID about my drive thru pharmacy experience! Oh my gosh! I sat in line for one hour and fifteen minutes with only five cars in front of me and burned a quarter of a tank of gas! There was no way I could get out of line, because there were cars in front of me, cars in back of me, and cars in the right lane next to me. When I FINALLY got to the window, there was no one there! The guy eventually showed up like he was surprised someone was waiting. He picked up the phone, then said, “I will be with you in a minute”. Then, he proceeded to talk to the guy in the pickup in the lane beside me, who, by the way, had been there before me. Evidently this guy had paid for his medicine online, and no one knew what to do. It took FOREVER to get that settled. When he got to me, finally, I gave him my name, and he said they had one medication for me and told me the price….$7.80. I gave him $8.00, hoping that would speed things up. He then proceeded to look everywhere for my prescription. Evidently, they have a very poor filing system, too. That guy, I could see, went about all over the place, looking in every nook and cranny trying to find my order. I lost it. When he walked past the window again, I signaled him. He asked me if I needed something. I told him to give me my money back….that I had waited 1 1/4 hours and burned 1/4 tank of gas, and they could just keep the medication. He told me that he didn’t blame me, and admitted that he could not find my med. I am usually an easy going person, but tonight I just lost it. I burned ore money in gas than my prescription costs. I will NEVER do that again! Evidently the manager of that place must suck!
If you enjoy waiting in line and wasting your time...THIS is your pharmacy! I was so spoiled when my insurance allowed me to pick my pharmacy. The 10 minute pharmacy is the best!!! Now that I have to go to walgreens...I'm stuck.
The pharmacy manager at this location is an absolute DISGRACE. Today we attempted the Covid vaccine for my 5 year old. He is extremely afraid of shots aren’t they all? and also has sensory issues. He’s strong for his age and I just recently had a c-section so holding him down alone was not easy. Because he wouldn’t stop screaming and moving around, she refused to give him the shot - understandable. My son was crying for water after getting worked up and another employee from the pharmacy approached and asked if she could get him some. The manager responded to her and said “no because we’re not doing this.” Wow. At this point we got up to leave. The manager mentioned we could reschedule. I responded by saying “we will go somewhere else where they can better handle children.” As we were walking away, she had the audacity to say “No you need to learn how to handle your child” loud enough for everyone in the pharmacy to hear. The unprofessionalism and lack of compassion she displayed was so disappointing. Making a comment of that nature in addition to denying water to a child after someone else offered is not consistent with a manager title.
I’ve never used Walgreens pharmacy, and today’s experience showed I never will. I picked up an elderly couple after he had a tooth removed. His numbing agent was wearing off and needed his pain medication filled. We pulled in line with six cars at 5:45 on a Monday. One hour and twenty two minutes later we finally got our meds and we’re on our way. The entire time this poor guy was in agony in my passenger seat. Slowest pharmacy ever. This experience just proved why I stay with H‑E‑B. And o convinced my passenger to move his scripts to H‑E‑B too after this experience.
