I understand the convenience of it being a corner store, plus easy parking, and it's a business to make money, but they are ripping people of on standard over the counter medication. Example: A bottle of NyQuil was $18.99, and Target had the same medication and bottle size for $8.99. I understand a 10%-15% price increase to other stores but 40%-50% in wrong. Times are difficult with money.

The service in the pharmacy is a disaster. I have been using this Walgreens in Beach Park for many years. It has been on the decline for a long time. The turnover of employees in the pharmacy is frequent. Pharmacy hours change without warning. Terrible service because the employees are overworked. I do not want to change but I have no other choice. Just cannot put up with the aggravation.

Looks like most of the negative reviews are due to issues with pharmacy. In terms of washroom cleanliness, store aisle and parking lot maintenance, looks like all three are well maintained. I don’t deal too much with the staff here. They let me be and let me shop. Once in a while I would see the assist manager come out and help with the register.

If I could give -5 stars I would I honestly in heart feel this is the worse Walgreens pharmacy I have ever encountered. It’s so sad how they conduct themselves they are completely rude. I never seen a pharmacy that allows patients to pull through the drive thru and wait for the prescription to get ready while other patients sit behind and wait. It’s so sad o just waited over 30 mins. I will continue to send my prescriptions to Wisconsin instead of next door to my home.

This is ridiculous they had me waiting 1 hour just to pick up on a prescription!

Bought a stuffed animal and the tag said 12.99 but the lady said it was 19.99. I showed her where they were and she still said it’s “19.99” even though they clearly said $12.99 on the tag. She said the tag was the wrong tag but there were several more stuffed animals sitting there. Pretty rude to me about it and I still paid because I thought it was a cute stuffed animal but if they are going to stock something incorrectly and still charge a higher price then they advertised that’s pretty wrong. I was nice about it because I’m not gonna be mean but she was pretty rude about the whole thing and acted like I was dumb for even asking.

I only gave one star simply because I was forced too! Not only does my Doctors office ALWAYS have to call 10 times to even get them to look for a prescription that has BEEN submitted. They always want to deny ANY prescription EVEN with a dosage change! My kids take meds..it just happens that her doctor changed her MGs so that she could take it during the day at school also. THEY were RUDE about and almost make you feel as if your being discriminated against. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PHARMACY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am surprised based on the other reviews that they are even still functioning! And this isn't my last stop COORPORATE should be notified!

I have been to many Walgreens. I have never had such an amazing experience. I have sick kids at home and order something’s for delivery I was updating saying they delivered though nothing was there. Called and my order was still there the woman apologize and hand delivered my thing to my house. Just amazing.

I pulled up to the drive through pharmacy window to pick up a medication. I pushed the call button, and no one even acknowledged my presence!!! I waited for ten minutes, I could see 3 employees through the window. I ended up calling the store manager from my car, complained to her, and drove off without getting my medication. I will be changing pharmacies. There have been other issues at this location as well. I am done with this pharmacy. Iryne.

Went in to do a simple exchange that turned out to be a 53 minute fiasco. I was shuffled between 3 different associates to ultimately end up being serviced by the manager on duty named Kayla who was unable to process a basic transaction. It was an extremely frustrating wait and Kayla's demeanor was unprofessional. You don't fling pens at customers out of frustration. The exchange was never processed and I ended up leaving. Customers would be better served if Kayla was sent back to training to learn the basics of Customer Service.
