Love this Walgreens! Had to make a late night run to the pharmacy, and the after hours pharmacist was amazing! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful! On top of all of that, my prescriptions were ready exactly when she said they would be. So great to know there is a 24 hour pharmacy in the area, and with A pharmacist that cares about the customers.

Kyra had a great attitude as soon as I walked through the door. She was very welcoming and warm. When I went through the checkout she walked me through the steps of Apple pay. Very patient, friendly and overall great customer service!

This is Correct!!!Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever, they lie on the phone and tell you it's being filled or ready , then u wait in line for 50 mins to have them say the app is wrong and I don't know who you spoke to, and come to back later. We have 300 scripts to fill we will get to yours when we can . I understand being understaffed and busy, but truth, compitence and empathy go a long way. They don't have any of these qualities.

Someone at my office just tested Positive for Covid so after feeling ill this morning, I made an appointment. I don't want to chance passing it onto my parents when i visit them later this week. The Covid test email I received from themsaid to go INSIDE the store to the counter to take the test. I thought that was odd, but ok. After waiting in line 10 minutes for them to find a lost prescription for the guy in front of me, the kid tells me to go outside thru the drive-thru that has 10 cars backed up outside?! Why are they so unorganized here?

I’ve lived in this town nearly 20 years now and yes sometimes the Pharmacy Sucks but the Store Staff are always nice and helpful, Nancy, Sandy, Tammy, Jennifer and Dan are the Nicest Employees Ever look for them if you need any help or ask for them by name.

I might have come in on a restocking day. But not just the season was empty by the medicine, and make up and drinks were very low. Need to go to another pharmacy store to get what was needed

I usually don't have a problem with Drive Thru. But last week there was a horrible problem with Loma and Ashley. They were very rude and disrespectful. Totally ignored me in Drive Thru. They didn't acknowledge me at all. I honked my horn after almost a five minutes wait. I asked why couldn't you say that you will be with me in a few minutes or that that will close for a few because they are having a problem. So I called Corp to report the situation. Overall the Drive Thru is pretty good.

Had vaccine appointments for 9:15, 9:30 and 9:45. Why schedule appt times if 50 minutes later is when the 9:15 appt was called. I guess I would expected things to all be ready to go

The worst service I have ever endured. The pharmacy is extremely slow and their automated phone system is not reliable. I called in with 5 refills and at the end of the call I confirmed a pick up for the next morning at 9a I called to be sure everything was ready to find only 2 had been filled. What a joke. They need to be reported to the BBB for there pharmecutical practices. They mess with people's health. Totally unacceptable.

Words cannot describe how bad this pharmacy is. Constant long lines. Slow service. I came in 4 days in a row because they said they haven't filled prescriptions yet. FOUR TIMES IN FOUR DAYS. we need meds! Not to be dramatic, but it literally is life or death. Another one they said they are out of stock. Once again. Unacceptable
