The process to use the advertised discount prices is completely asinine. Staff unhelpful and condescending.

The absolute worst pharmacy staff. Had to go back and forth for hours on phone. To pick up a script iv been picking up for 5+ years. Pharmacist tried to tell me I was not due and proceeded to interrogate me over the phone. They have some arrogant pharmacy techs that can't do simple math. Took my dr./Np to call them directly to fill my script. This was on a Friday and I was told I could not speak to a manager until Monday! So I was supposed to go without my meds for several days because there staff have a power complex they can't keep in check. When I was finally given my meds , not one apology . I feel bad for anyone who has a serious medical condition and can be held without there meds due to terrible staff.

I ordered online and just came and picked up. Okay the man is pretty new so i dont blame him so he asked for his coworker. She came and then i showed her my order on my phone and she refused and she said she needed to check on her phone. Then she counted. I tried to helped her because i counted already and then she “shttt” and asked me quietly. What kind of customer service is that??? I have 4 bags - 3 bags are 8 items, 1 bags are 7 items. Totally 4 bags will be 31 items which is matching with my order and then she told me” they put extra one for you. It is okay i wont take it out??” And i tried to explain to her, and the she told me” oh i wont stay here and argue with you???” I will never come back this Store again. Very horrible exp in customer service

Super slow pharmacy. Shouldn't have 2 wait iver 15 min. At drive-thru with only 2 cars in front of you....

First of all this location is always extremely hot in the winter, you would be comfortable in a swimsuit. Walgreens in general is a con game with their prices and sales and coupons, Walgreens cash etc. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and go to a different store that actually treats its customers with respect.

It's got a wide selection and helpful employees unlike Speedway on Abbott where. The rudest employee Bridget -whose been fired from everywhere like Buzz n bee for her rudeness to everyone. The Walgreens employees are cheerful and helpful and if they don't know how to do something or have an answer they ask a more senior employee to help instead of yelling at you like Bridget or Speedway jerks do. I value the cheery help and knowledge of Walgreens staff!

Extremely unprofessional pharmacy staff. When expressing my frustrations with a continuous problem that has been reoccurring for months was screamed at and then hung up on. After calling back and getting a different staff member was laughed at and told there was nothing that could be done. Was able to talk to the store manager after that encounter to express how rude and unprofessional the pharmacy team was towards me and was assured something would be done. I have changed my pharmacy and will not be returning to them.

Something I’ve noticed about this location is that many of the staff simply don’t care about providing quality customer service or conducting themselves in a way that is professional. Our cashier today couldn’t even be bothered to be pleasant to us. She was withdrawn and refused to engage with us beyond robotically cashing us out. This wasn’t our first encounter with her either. Any time we’ve had to interact with her, she’s been visibly miserable and refuses to engage with customers. I understand that working in a retail environment isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, but if you can’t handle basic human interaction, maybe you shouldn’t be working the front register of a busy store.

Why is it so hard to reach the pharmacy through the phone? Can I just talk to a human please? I mean why does it have to be made so complicated w/ the automated voice? When I call the number for Walgreens Pharmacy I thought it would go right to the desk & I could just give them my name & birth date & it would take 2 mins. No instead I am sitting here listening re-entering my perscription number 5 effing times with the key pad after saying it out loud twice & the voice is still saying I enetered/said the wrong number. Guess what it's not. Something this small will turn me off completely. I know, who cares Im one in a million.. Maybe there's a high call volume? How many people are calling walgreens on a daily basis? Either way I should've kept my business with Rite Aid.. Didnt have problems like this & they have 24/7 locations. I realize it's a big corporation & there's a system for doing things but in my two weeks since I've switched from Rite Aid to Walgreens, there have been times where I I want to go back to the old flame On account of all these minor inconveniences
