This pharmacy used to be great. Recently, they have been horrible! Last week, my doctor called in a prescription. Four hours later I arrived at the pharmacy, only to be told the medicine was out of stock. Today, my doctor called in a prescription at around 11am. I went to pick it up 3 hours later and this time it wasn’t ready. In both instances, the staff had ample time 1 to inform me the medication was out of stock so I can call my doctor for an alternative and 2 fill the prescription before I arrived. I understand that they are busy but this is unacceptable!

The staff is rude. The prescriptions are ready for several hours after they say it will be ready even though you have waited several hours before that. They are totally incomplete.

Attempted to use the pharmacy, the 2 staff members politely ignored me for around 5 minutes. Then I spoke up and said hello, pharmacist responded “we will be with you in a minute” another 8-10 passed small line of others amassed behind me. Then the other assistant stopped to help someone at the drive thru. This is the first negative review I have ever written- hope that says something. Horrible staff and the store looks like it was ransacked after a clearance sale. Goodbye Walgreens!!!

Waited 25 minutes for a shingles shot. I had an appointment and I got there on time. There was no one there but me. All the time I waited they had 1 or 2 customers picking up prescriptions. The place was empty. I waited because pharmacist was on hold on the phone. Unbelievably inconsiderate. Why couldn’t the staff wait on the phone. I saw the pharmacist. No problem keeping me waiting with an appointment. I left. Never got my vaccine and now have to call because they already changed me my copayment ahead of time

If you are coming here for a Covid test in order to travel- do yourself a favor and stay away. It does NOT take two days for their test to come back. I signed up for a rapid and I have a feeling they gave me a PCR. My test STILL has not returned 72+ hours later and our honeymoon was ruined.

Went there to pick up prescription, they told me the script hasn’t been received yet. I showed them the medicine being requested they told me have to wait. The next day, I get an email that says it is out of stock. I would have went somewhere else if anyone would have taken the time and told me. Big pharmas are just machines, nobody cares.

Prices just recently are through the roof. Toothpaste is now 6.00 a tube - seriously???

I was traveling through town and needed to pick up an emergency med so my dr called it in and asked for a rush. I checked with Roxanne the pharmacist to see if there was any way to fill the script before their lunch break 45 min and explained my kids were outside sitting in our packed car waiting to pick this up so we could get on with our trip. She could NOT have been LESS helpful. She just wouldn’t do it. Two hours later it’s finally ready to pick up. I’m a little grumpy about it. Hence the review if I could give zero stars I would

Been using the pharmacy for years out of convenience. I've ben waiting to have a prescription refilled and finally I called and was told they don't participate with my insurance. I asked if they told the Drs office, they said no. I asked if they were going to notify me and they said I should have gotten a call. I did not ever receive a phone call. Just rude.

Very slow service, pharmacy in East Northport on 25a had me really questioning if I should just go without my prescriptions. Probably could have sent my prescription elsewhere and had it filled in the time it took them to process and fill everything.
