Pharmacy is horrible. Sent me on a wild goose chase calling other pharmacies for no reason when they don’t even have my prescription available.

Pharmacy is Great! I love Dr Behnaz, she has been always caring and kind and responsible.Any time I have any questions she has been great take time and answer.

Sent a prescription for a patient of ours to this location and the pharmacist, Behnaz Aghighi, has her "own reasons" not to fill the prescription from our provider. The pharmacy staff, Michelle, hung up on our doctor in the rudest way possible - by saying that they didn't have time to explain or deal with the issue. We have had business in Danville for the last 12 years and our doctors send several prescriptions to different pharmacies all throughout the Bay Area, and have never dealt with this unprofessional customer service. From now on, we will make sure our patients go to CVS, Safeway, or Rite Aid pharmacy and avoid Walgreens in Danville Town & Country until we hear a clear explanation why this pharmacist decided to override the provider's diagnosis and treatment.

This has to be the worst customer service I have EVER received from a pharmacy. First of all, the pharmacist, Behnaz Aghighi, violated my privacy when she called my dad’s WORK cell phone to leave a message for MY prescription when I am well over 18 years old!!! Total violation of privacy Then, when I called the pharmacy to ask why they wouldn’t fill my prescription they told me they didn’t have a reason, but Behnaz had advised to not fill and I need to go pick up my paper prescription. I informed them too that they called my dad’s work and there was no effort to update my personal information. My doctor also called them to figure out why they wouldn’t fill the prescription and they told her “they don’t have time to deal with this” and proceeded to hang up. Not sure who is in charge, but I have never had this problem at Safeway or CVS.

I don’t know who it is but this one guy that answers the phone is unbelievably rude. I asked if he had a product in stock since the ones near me were sold out and said he thinks so and I asked what kind and he said “oh my god you are asking the wrong guy. I don’t pay attention to that stuff, maybe actually come in the store for yourself and see”. I said I lived far away and he said to just go look there instead and to not bother coming in.

I have been going to Walgreens in Danville,Ca for years. I have a lot of medication between me and my son to be picked up often. They are always very professional and more important to me, they are all very very kind. When I need advice they are there to help. I appreciate this very much, my son has autism and they understand the importance of getting his drugs on time.

The pharmacy experience with Walgreens has always been great and very convenient. Usually they can have your script ready by the next day. You can also find decent prices on many assorted items, and the checkout will be much quicker than any grocery store.

This Is By Far The Best Walgreen's Anywhere. The Pharmacy Staff Are Great And Really Try To Help Over The Hurdles The Insurance Companies So Often Present With Their New Policies Every Year. Of Course Some Mistakes Are Made Sometimes But Patience Is The Game, They Will Somehow Resolve Your Problems.The Main Persian Pharmacist Is The Best Here !!! She Is Very Nice And Very Understanding Behnaz Aghighi ...Deanna Is Very Nice Also And Works Wonders With The Insurance Part. All In All A Very Delightful Staff.David Is A Very Nice Person Also And Also Very Patient. The Store Managers Are Also Incredible ...Anna And Sorry I forgot The Younger Ones Name But She Is An Awesome Assistant Manger. BEST WALGREENS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH..... CORPORATE GOT IT RIGHT WITH THIS LOCATION. THIS SHOULD BE THEIR MODEL LOCATION TO TEACH ALL THE REST WHAT WALGREENS IS REALLY ABOUT. LOVE THIS WALGREENS
