FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY. Went in for Covid booster vaccine. Celia was extremely unhelpful when advised that my husband had lost his vaccine card. Just refused to give him his shot. Then she called her pharmacy manager over to threaten to kick me out without my vaccine too because I said I did not appreciate being called a liar. They could not take my word on date of my husband's last shot. NEITHER SUGGESTED FINDING RECORDS ON OUR PHONE TO RESOLVE SITUATION. Luckily my husband thought of it and was able to get his booster. With so many people hesitant to get the covid vaccines the ones coming in to get it should not be given a hard time.

This is the worst pharmacy in the state of Florida and it needs to be investigated by the attorney general’s office. Not only is it horribly understaffed, the managing pharmacists lie to your face, and neglected to call me for over 4 hours, resulting in my not being able to fill my Rx for 8 hours. The Big Bend Road Walgreens is 3 times faster and the staff and pharmacists are actually friendly! This location is the epitome of abuse, if you complain they walk away and refuse to serve you. They take no responsibility for their negligence and use being busy as an excuse for dishonesty and extreme disrespect. Don’t lie to your customers. Treat us how you would want to be treated! It’s so simple. Whoever trains new pharmacists needs to be fired. Twice now I’ve been fed the same lie that a Publix pharmacists explained to me was told because this Walgreens is “just too busy to make a phone call to your doctor.” Do the job, or get out of the way and let someone who gets it done take over for you.

I called in for my script, I was told it would be in the next day, next day it wasn't there. They continuously could find my script unless they had my phone number. Then they made me 2 accounts. 3 days later I find that they couldn't fill my script cause of the birth year being wrong. They told me to call me doctor, once I did my doc wasn't going to be in til Monday so I called back and the lady deleted my script so now I'm forced to wait all weekend for my doc to send a new script. These people are so lazy that they couldn't let me come in with my ID and verify my bday so that I couldn't get the medicine I desperately need. So you guys are lucky you take tricare and are located close. You've been nothing but an inconvenience and impatient with someone who needs you to do you job.

Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of using. Staff on the phone were snippy and rude. The app sucks. Takes weeks to get any prescription and the information they give me is incorrect and diffrent from what I'm told when I call. I've used this pharmacy numerous times and every single experience has been a nightmare.

The pharmacy staff thinks it’s acceptable to hang up/place you on hold mid sentence. The rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with.

Attempted to get my Covid test through the drive-thru option. They have both lanes open. While waiting, I call to make sure that there wasn’t a specific lane dedicated for Covid testing. The gentleman on the phone informs me that both lanes are open for testing. I get to the front of the line and hit the “Call” button. Both times a man picks up and says, “We’ll be with you in a moment” and hangs up. I call a 3rd time and a woman picks up. I explain the situation and all she has to say is that the left lane is for Covid tests. I tell her there is no sign specifying this and the gentleman on the phone said both lanes were open. All she would care to reply with was, “Sorry. Left lane is for Covid testing.” I understand it’s busy seen in the photo, but show a little concern and consideration. If this is the standard of service at this establishment, never coming back here. Update: as you pull up further in the left lane, there is a sign that’s facing the building see photo, away from traffic so no one, unless you’re the 2nd car in the left lane can see.

Never enough help. Wait in long lines with only one tech. Of course the Pharmist is too busy to pitch in, too beneath them. Send out messages to customers that their prescriptions are ready when fact they are not. Worst Walgreen's if been to This is S

Why doesn't Walgreens report that they are out of Adderall to the FDA. FDA shows Walgreens in south Florida as Not reporting for Adderall Shortage, however, Walgreens can't fill my script because they are "out of Adderall." Walgreens please report your chain as out of Adderall so that you can get some help filling scripts.

Worst Walgreens ever ....2nd time here ... never ever again! The last time my super sick kid peed all over the car as we were stuck in the bumper to bumper drive thru forever.
