Went to pick up my prescriptions in the pharmacy today. Worst customer service slowest people working there. Just stand there why 5 employees ignore you and the person checking people out is having a conversation about their life taking over 10 minutes to check someone out. AND STILL TALKING IM SURE. I was never helped
Not only Emily helped me with the Walgreens' app issue, but she went above and beyond to help me with finding certain items during all visits. Well deserved 5 star review.
This is the worst experience in a Walgreens I’ve ever had. I was in line to check out at the front counter and the employees sent me to a different area of the store to check out. Then the product rang up as $14.99. When I asked why because online it says Pickup and In-Store is $11.99, Megan kept saying that it was because that’s for Curbside only because that’s what Pickup is. When I told her that I understood that, but it’s the same price if you select In Store, she raised her voice over me and kept repeating that Pickup is Curbside and there’s nothing she can do about it because Pickup isn’t In-Store. I asked her why then that the In-Store price online says $11.99, and she kept repeating herself and I eventually said “fine”. She then told me that the receipt was emailed to me and when I asked for a printed out receipt, she said it would be several minutes, maybe five to ten. So not only we’re they extremely rude to me, but they false advertised by listing the In Store price as $3 cheaper.
I have been going to this Walgreens for many years and the selection and service is phenomenal. However, the highlight of this particular Walgreens location is the pharmacy team. They have always been polite, professional, and punctual. The pharmacy manager is very helpful and a handsome individual.
They’re very knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to explain the medication’s. Always friendly and happy to help!
The people at this Walgreens are amazingly helpful and nice. Love them!!!
The staff is very kind and accommodating. They do their best to address any concerns or issue. My only comment where improvement could be had is the wait time and hold time when calling. It doesn't seem to matter the time of day I try I am usually on hold anywhere between 15 and 20 minutes before I get to speak with someone. The online app also does a poor job of addressing questions or needs.
I’ve used this location since 2009 & their pharmacy is great. Throughout the Covid years, they’re given more time off and I am grateful for Walgreens’s support of their staff. Thanks for everything you do!
Walgreens has the best pharmacy that puts supporting their customers as #1 goal. They go above and beyond with smiles and welcome you to make you feel like you are important to them.Nobody’s perfect but this team is very close to a 10. Just left after purchasing a card for my wife's and my anniversary. My 7 year old brought a little more than a $1 to buy some candy and the cashier Tyler was extremely helpful and courteous. She let me daughter pay for the candy even though she did not bring enough to pay for it. All this is awesome not to mention he greeted us as we walked in! Great service!
