I called to confirm that a photo print was ready for pick up. I was told yes. Upon arriving, it wasn't ready and the print machine was broken, so even after 45 minutes, they couldn't fulfill the order.
I have been to this walgreens many times, its a very nice Walgreens from nice staffs to helpful and friendly Manager -Scott especially! He always helps with problems with SMILE great customer service. I saw him many times went clean up shopping carts outside, picked up trashes on his way out. Clean and organized store. The staffs there seems happy not miserable like some Wags near me. I'm sure it's all come from nice management. I wish this store is closer to me. Walgreens tends to change and switch employees around, some managers from other stores are horrible especially the one in Newton Center Langley st that are closed forever and I do believe strongly he "helped" it to happen. I dont mind driving just to go to nice customer service store where you feel welcome
