Nobody ever answers the phone in pharmacy. Recording that they are assisting other customers plays every 10 seconds. Very annoying. Waste of time. If I could give minus 5 I would.Local customers should call and use pill box pharmacy just down the road.

It seems to be a hassle for them to fill a basic prescription. Too many issues in the past few weeks for me not to leave a review. They had my name plastered on my son’s prescription. Giving me the wrong prescription and leaving him without. They didn’t have the prescription that was SUPPOSED to be given to me filled and took forever to correct my son’s. I went inside for the first time instead of the drive thru and it’s a literal mess in there. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Very frustrating and unacceptable

In my opinion, one of the worst pharmacies in the state! Especially the one at Albertville!!  They look for reasons not to have to fill your prescription!!!  If they can’t find a reason not to fill them they tell you it’s going to be hours and hours and they MIGHT be ready!!!!  Will never go back to another Walgreens for prescriptions or to shop!!!  Learn how to run a business wallgreens!!!

Whoever “Anne” is needs to learn about customer service. There is never a reason to literally yell/scold/give attitude to customers over the phone and over something as simple as canceling an order. If i could give 0 stars I would.

I just can't believe they don't accept goodrx coupons and goodrx app said they do.they just said they don't accepted anymore the staff in the pharmacy aren't good with the customers we try to save some money but they just don't care I going to change my prescriptions to Cvs or Walmart

Pharmacy is horrible. Drive thru is closed most of the time. Have to wait in line forever most days for pharmacy just to be told prescription isn't ready. They say there is a problem with the app for filling prescriptions. App shows filled, pharmacy said they didn't have it.

Covid Vaccine ....Was nervous, Walgreens put my fears to rest. Made appointment and They went the extra mile. Eddy the shot giver was very proffesional and put us at ease. Very friendly and proffessional group of people.

Called the pharmacy to see if my the prescription I needed was in stock. I asked if he could check to see if they had it. He told me no, he couldn’t “leave the position he was currently at to call back at a better time.” Poor customer service!!

This has got to be the most Dysfunctional store I’ve ever seen. After holding on Phone for 10 minutes they still can’t answer your question or hang up on you. Last week they couldn’t even fill prescriptions that day because their computers were down. My suggestion is to tear that place down and build a real pharmacy there. And after they get done building the real Pharmacy do not hire any of the idiots that work there

Walgreens is a good store to go in and purchase something out on the floor but when it comes to a Pharmacy go anywhere else in town! May I suggest Albertville Discount Drugs right across the street. Walgreens will take 30 minutes to an hour to fill your Rx across the street it will not take 10 minutes no matter how busy it looks like they are at the time. Walgreens is a retail store that has a pharmacy but they need to be a pharmacy that also has retail items for sale!
