Pharmacy Staff is outstanding. The comments from the people complaining failed to understand or comprehend that the pharmacy is understaffed and doing their best to meet their needs. I am sure anyone with common sense and empathy can see that.

Very bad service. At front counter about 20mins, no one come asking. Will change pharmacy.

Pharmacy is slow, inefficient and apathetic. Total waste of time. Pharmacy claimed I didn't have an appointment, which I did. Pharmacist had no interest in helping me. Too many bad experiences with pharmacy. Will be going to competitor with better service and customer appreciation

Check your prescription before you leave the store, this pharmacy will forget to fill multiple prescriptions. My doctor prescribed 3 meds on Monday, only two were filled, no mention of the missing prescription. I called and confirmed with doctor that 3 meds Rx sent same time. I called Walgreens on 06/16 to check on the missing prescription, “system issues, med will be ready tomorrow after 4pm”, why the delay? “covid situation “ no apologies at all, give me a break, NYS reopen as of June 15. This is not acceptable when the pharmacy caused the delay and using COVID as excuse.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced with a pharmacy. They refuse to do anything to help you, and are nasty to you for even asking for help.

The best Walgreen Store ever! So helpful and kind employees here. The photo department are handled by the experts! Keep up the good work guys!!

So much better than the other walgreen pharmacies I've been too. They were quick to answer the phone and had my prescription ready the same day.

The worst ever. And I'm not referring to the pharmacy. Cashiers, photo, FedEx pickup. The incompetence is beyond comprehension.

i just moved into the neighborhood & stop by walgreen at 2282 jericho turnpike to pick up a few things. the cashier was very helpful, she ask me if i found everything i wanted. also when i was looking for things & having a hard time, the manager matt was great he help me find everything i needed.

Although the lines are often long and slow around evening times, I usually am able to find whatever items I need.
