Walgreens is an all in one shop and pharmacy . They provide make-up, health goods, kids toys, cane's, shower chairs, cold and warm drinks, candy, baby goods, perfume, stationary etc. They also have a website /online order site. I do have any photos to share of my shopping experience but have been a valued customer for over 20 years.
Clean, uncluttered isles, prices matched listed sales, and items were available. Helpful and knowledgeable clerks. They stopped their tasks and walked me to items I was seeking. Food was fresh and healthy.
This Walgreens pharmacy is a joke. Had a script called in, I get a call from Walgreens same day saying it was out of stock and needed to be ordered. 3 business days later I have Publix call to get it transferred and they say I do not have a script. I call them myself and they have apparently lost the script. How does a pharmacy lose a prescription?? They are the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I can guarantee I will not be dealing with that one or any other Walgreens for that matter
Thanks to Kazeem the pharmacist ! I went to the doctor earlier today and when I called CVS he said my medication wasn’t to be available to me until the next day . I called at 8pm and he said if you need it tonight we could do it for you . I said yes, I will be there in 30 minutes . I got there and Kazeem had my medication ready . I am very grateful to him for being so happy and cheerful at that hour . Thank you again
This place can not even fill the majority of prescriptions less than 4-7 days now, they say there on the truck in other words they are waiting for fedex to deliver them . Had foot surgery and was prescribed pain pills it took them 5 days to fill it!!!! My blood pressure pills have been as long as 7 days! No wonder Walgreens is closing over 1500 stores.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced, they are beyond slow and lack every customer service skill possible. I just sat in the drive thru for 11 minutes while 5 employees inside filled pills instead of helping anyone in either growing line. Will be switching to Publix.
The people that work here are trash. The manager literally told me that it’s “unfortunate I can’t afford my medicine because I’m poor” that woman needs to lose her job I’m calling corporate as soon as possible.
Would give them a negative 5 if I could. The staff is not attentive at all. Laugh and joke while customers are waiting. My wife has more than once had scripts filled incorrectly. Sat in the drive through ignored this evening for 30 minutes while the 2 staff members flirted and joked behind the counter.
Made appt for vaccine. Arrived on site, information was taken, then told the vaccine had had expired a week earlier so they were unable to give the vaccine.
Randomly close early or open late due to "staffing" as we're getting yelled at by tech for asking why they closed 3 hours early. Cannot keep any product in. Been waiting 10 days for a very time sensitive prescription and every day it'll be there tomorrow. Changed to a different pharmacy and they were able to fill it in 2 hours. Extremely rude Associates. Definitely moving my family's prescriptions to a more reliable pharmacy.
