I ordered pictures, said they would be done at 1315. I showed up about 1400ish and had to wait until 1448 to get them. When I got home I was missing about 9 pictures and the ones I did get were horrible. Called up there and they said they didn't know what happen but I could reorder them. I did get 9 blank pieces of paper. Oh and don't get me started on the pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous!! This store is and always has been horrible. If it wasn't for my prescriptions being there due to insurance. I would never walk in that store again. Do Not use the drive thru.
Leah showed EXCELLENT Servant Leadership tonight!! I witnessed her get mistreated and disrespected by a rude customer & she kept her composure the entire time and shook the t off! Great job Leah, that lil gesture got you a 5 star comment from me!!
This morning at the pharmacy 9 AM no one was in line I had notes down on what I needed to have done, and the pharmacy tech working. The window was condescending and rude and basically yelled at me and snapped right back at me when I was trying to explain what I needed. I’m not a pharmacy tech and I’m not a pharmacist, so maybe my explanation was off, but I didn’t need to be yelled at him to be treated like a fool. Fortunately, the pharmacist came understood what I was saying in handled my request.
The store manager at this location is a horrible human being. I witnessed her berating a teenage employee - using all types of profanity - right in the aisles with me and other customers around. We all felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed for that poor cashier. I saw her name badge that said she was the manager and her name is Sheva. If that is how she treats employees in front of customers, I can’t even imagine how terrible she must treat them without witnesses. I’m switching pharmacies because I will not support a business that treats employees like trash. Completely unacceptable!
I have been to this pharmacy 3 times in the last month pharmacy part not store I have dealt with multiple people in pharmacy, in the drive thru, and over the phone. EVERYONE is rude and short. They have no care or interest in anyone. Zero customer service!
They never have the prescriptions ready on time and they have all these stupid rules for picking up meds. The pharmacy tries to deny meds that the actual provider prescribed.
This pharmacy deserves ZERO stars. They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will be. Also, they are so completely rude and act like it is an inconvenience to do their job. Whatever happened to customer service? This pharmacy has NONE. The particular employee, Carla, in the pharmacy is beyond rude and literally huffs and puffs the entire time like its the customers fault they are short staffed or something. She rolls her eyes and talks back very rudely every single time. The manager really needs to take a look into this employee and realize that she is causing some major issues in their pharmacy department. It has been going on for a while now and my family will be pulling every prescription and taking it to another company all together.
This is by FAR the worst pharmacy I have EVER had the un-pleasure of dealing with! Today was the coup de grace, when the pharmacy was closed due to illness....you mean NO ONE in all the local Walgreens, I suspect they just closed & made no calls for assistance could not send someone over to take care of the most urgent prescriptions. I just had spinal surgery and was in excrutiating pain and had to wait 3.5 hours to get my already billed & filled medications billed & filled elsewhere. They have sold my un-suspecting husband rx's I already told them to cancel, tried to give me someone else's prescriptions and failed to bill my insurance. It took today to make me leave. I forgot the part where staff laughed behind the door while my husband was asking if anyone could please get his wife's prescriptions for him. Now thats compassion! You would have thought before today I would have left.
the pharmacy associates are rude . The pharmacist not sure of her nationality she appeared to be of Indian descent not that thats important but Id think she would lead by example hell she was rude too . Apparently i grabbed the wrong card that didnt display my RPx info on the back ok my bad but any pharmacy ive ever been to never turned me away if i have medical coverage its safe to say i also have prescription coverage too anyways she refused to serve me and they were about to close they started to pull the closed shade down im still sitting in the drive thru im like excuse me i still have a question about where to pick up my medication the lady was so rude they all tell me to just read the sign which says to visit the location in Carrollton glad i did i was treated with wayyy more kindness , care and respect the pharmacist sd no worries i was able to confirm your RPx is Express Scripts we will get you taken care of . Thank you its just that simple, they also took the time to give me the instructions on taking my meds and if i had questions! Round Grove will never get my money again way too rude and poor customer service
I would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacist is incompetent. Frequently they don’t have the prescription ready after they send you a text that it’s ready and then give a different excuse each time you go to get it. They say oh oops it’s not in stock after all… it will be here tomorrow. So you get a text it’s ready again again so you go to get it… oh oops I guess we were mistaken it’s still not here. Then the next next next time they say oh we put it back after 10 days… ya well I got the text the third time that it’s been “ready” 3 days ago. Oh sorry you’ll have to come back again… again… again… again. It’s infuriating. Too bad my insurance prefers Walgreens for preferred pricing… ugh I miss you CVS… you weren’t perfect, but you never did me this bad!
