The staff were so kind and accommodating! I was passing through town while on a road trip and several places had their restrooms closed for cleaning, I was a bit flustered but they were incredibly accommodating in allowing me to interrupt their own cleaning operations while there! Very grateful for their compassion!
Love this store. Good location and the pharmacy is top notch, the cashiers are always friendly and I always enjoy shopping here. If they don't have it here I get it online. This store makes Walmart look like the trash it is. Never problems with prescriptions which is a major plus.
The store and pharmacy are 5 star, but I'm so disgusted with the filthy parking lot and entrance. I cringe every time I go in. Why can't you clean it up?
Rude cashier. Needs to learn to respect her elders and stay off your phone at work.
Twice; needed a flu shot and pickup prescription. Staff would not assist because it was about their lunch time. Can’t do lunch by staggering employees. What happened to service to customers. Not employees first.
I understand that this is a small town, I live in a small town, but this Walgreen's need to hire people who want to work. When I pulled into the parking lot I saw all those cars and thought, do I really want to go in there?. I was surprised, I easily got all my items and headed to the check out. And that's when I found all the owners of those cars. There were seven people ahead of me I made 8. By the time I finally got to the register there were at least that many behind me. The frustration: there were four employees behind the counter and only one working! Could it hurt you to open another register when you see a line? Please: get your credit card swipe fixed, everyone else has hands free!
Pharmacy and other areas are fine. I do not appreciate the staff's attitude when checking out and no assistance in the liquor department to retrieve a half pint of liquor. This turns a brief visit into a lengthy "grilling" with excessive attitude and rude questioning. Not a good example of positive customer services.
This Walgreens is terrible! They charge your insurance, then don’t give you the right dosage or number of medications. Then lie and say they do or they will look into it. Nothing gets done! People go without the medicine they need do to them screwing up! Not worth of any stars! Watch and make sure it’s right or they will screw you over!
i made an appointment for the covid vaccine but when i went there they told me they don't vaccinate adults on Sunday. i wish i could give them less than one star I would never trust them again to give me a vaccine or medication.
The pharmacy staff in this Deming, NM 88030 Walgreen's is what makes it special and worthy of 5s. They remember & care About, as well as For, their local clients. They will give you all the time that is needed to explain what you need to know until you have a good understanding of whatever the issue of the moment is. My ongoing Thanks & Biggest Kudos go to Javier & Rosa Pharma Techs & Braden & Ryan Licensed Pharmacists. NOTE: Walgreen's Inc Headquarters would be wise to give these 4 whatever it takes to keep them happy and in their employ for many years to come. Because Deming just ain't one of those places that you can easily find superb quality staff like them. Slim pickings in a small county of about 25,000. klee in Columbus, NM.
