Very disappointed in the pharmacy in Burley, ID. It was 4:40 pm on Saturday when I arrived and my Prescription was ready. Somebody put my insurance in wrong so that was redone then she said well we close in 10 minutes and the pharmacist is on the phone and cant get it ready so you won't be able to get your antibiotic or until Monday. I informed her I had an infection and needed to start taking it. She said she was sorry I'm sorry and it could not be transferred to another pharmacy because they close now in 5 minutes. NOT COOL!

Hoping to get all of my mother's medicine for her soon since she's on oxygen and can't go out much but she's had so much trouble getting it filled it's to the point I can't tell who's at fault on this one. And that's pretty bad I can normally keep track of this. 1/12/23 update Do NOT believe their OTC labels, or their buy one get one half off. This is the second time I get not get it half off. And some items weren't OTC covered even though it said they were on the tag.

My parents went through the drive thru, when their car wouldn't start back up. The young lady that waited on them, was very sweet. She got her car, got her jumper cables and charged my parents vehicle until it started. She was so nice, she took a lot of stress off them. Thank you so much. Excellent customer service!

Always friendly and helpful , the wait after lunch is a little more so probably wanna go before or at least an hour after.

I switched to this Walgreens because the Smiths up front kept refilling my medicine without permission and with auto refills off. I managed to stay with this walgreens for 4 months before they started to show their true colors. They are always understaffed and it takes a minimum of 10 minutes even with one person ahead of me, but that's not even an issue to me it's just an inconvenience. On October 22 I spotted a mouse roaming around the front of the pharmacy counter. Which I hope is not a cause of an infestation and just a cause due to the area being a farming town. But even then that's not the biggest issue to me. The biggest issue to me is that while the pharmacy techs are very nice, the pharmacist is not the friendliest. He doesn't even bother to listen to your requests. If I remember correctly his name is Dallen. After 2 calls the pharmacist did the opposite of what I needed two times. First they ordered the wrong dosage even after clearly telling them the dosage that I take exclusively. Then they ordered the wrong quantity. It is time for a new pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to get refills from the doctor when my prescriptions need renewed. Also help me find OTC items I'm looking for.

You need to update your actual operation hours it says 9 pm on Google maps and not 8 pm like every single time I try to get groceries and wines wth
