Walgreens

Horrible service. Worker watched us and followed us through the aisle. She told us to leave but it was closing in two hours. She was trying to force us to leave because she thought we were stealing, we we’re literally just looking around in the aisles.

Customer service is quite poor. Employees seem to never smile and don't have a customer-focused attitude. Some long-term employess usually act annoyed when asked for minor, necessary assistance. Management needs to observe and retrain here. I shop this branch only because of proximity, but avoid it when I can.

A glance at the reviews on this store prompted me to leave my own. I have never had a problem within this store that I visit almost weekly. Yes, the pharmacy is very busy but it moves fast because they work extremely hard and seem to be well staffed. My family has also received vaccinations and boosters from this pharmacy and they have always gone very smoothly and on schedule. My only complaint with Walgreens and I don't believe this is the store's fault is their automated telephone system. They need to make it possible to call directly to the store and not get stuck in the automated phone tree system which is a nightmare to use. If they can fix that, I'd give 5 stars.

I called about the status of my prescription that I only had a 7 day window to pick up today was the last day I could. My doctor sent in my prescription order one week ago and it was never ordered. I only have a seven day window to pick up the prescription or else I have to wait another 30 days to start it. I was told it would be filled on the final day of pick up. When I called to see the status of my prescription a pharmacist by the name of Theresa could not have been more rude. She cut me off numerous times and would not let me get a word in. I asked when my prescription would be ready and she said “a couple of hours”. When I tried to ask further questions she continued to cut me off and ultimately hung up on me. Her level of unprofessionalism was disappointing and concerning.

Waited almost 40 minutes in the drive thru for my ready, pre-ordered prescription. No acknowledgement of the wait until I mentioned it, and then, “not my fault.” Btw - enforce the fact drive thru is truly for pick up only- not returns or problems with a prescription.

John in the photo booth was AMAZING. He was so patient and very carefully cut out a very strange photo size I needed for a paper document. He completely made my day. I had visited a different Walgreens in LaGrange park where the photo booth staff was not as helpful. I’m so glad I decided to leave there and come here. John worked with me and I left VERY pleased with the photo I got. 10/10 to him for his helpfulness. Thank you John.

Awful pharmacy!!! Went for a booster covid shot. Had an appointment, filled out paperwork, and waited a long time. Six people working. And why make an appointment, when they were taking walk-ins. Won't be returning there.

Drive thru is so slow. Attendant wouldn't answer the call button even though she purposely skipped over me after waiting for 20 minutes. I had to pull around to front and go inside. Drive thru should be fast drop off and pick ups. If anything longer go inside.

Walgreens, in general has declined greatly. This Walgreens has to be at the bottom of the list. The pharmacy is a unorganized mess. Customer service is non-existent. Overall D- score.

Always be ready to wait, unless you drive up. Lines inside are allowed to build in favor of getting drive through customers handled. Frustrating for easy inside customers with ready to pick up orders!
