Worst customer service experience we have ever had at the Lake Wylie Walgreens. Went in to pick up pictures and the guy at the Photo Center was very inconsiderate and disrespectful. Not only did he have an attitude, he had a lollipop in his mouth and was incredibly rude. Then I was told that they lost my pictures and blamed me saying I sent them to the wrong location. The manager came over and went over the guys work and found my pictures. Their management clearly needs to enforce some humility, accountability, and respectfulness if they are going to hire people for customer service areas. Incredibly disappointed and will not be using the Lake Wylie location anymore.

Great convenient type of place. Would be 4 stars if everything other than OTC meds was so expensive here.. all general merchandise is way overpriced.

Every time I swear never coming back. This morning for sure confirmed. Never. Customer service is so incompetent... 2 people helping 1 Customer with a rain check. I had one freaking item and could not get checked out. Waited 10 minutes....So left on counter and walked out. Geez Louise. Thank you CVS, is now my go to.

Got a small cut on my hand and just got some paper towels so I wasn’t bleeding. As I was buying a drink, Tiffany went out of her way to get me a band-aid. Small act but made my day. Another example of the great customer service I get here every time!

If y’all would focus on prescriptions instead of “vaccines” and $44 narcan you may be able to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner.

Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for a vaccine, only to be called the wrong name I was the only person there waiting. After getting my name corrected, 15 minutes later she called me up and said my insurance wasn't going through, she had also entered the wrong birthdate.... it was an absolute disaster of an experience, then the lady who messed up everything was the one who gave me my vaccine an hour and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was honestly worried if she even had the correct vaccine given the complete incompetence.

Came here for a passport photo. Girl was busy so no problem waiting. She took a few photos and said be ready in a few. She didn’t let me look which I should have asked. Well my face was crooked, the quality was terrible and was super dark lighting. I checked when I got home and I should have not purchased. Several ppl had looked at it and instead of retaking they had me pay. I want home retook on my phone for free and the quality was better. What a waste of time and money. Don’t go there! I get bad photos happen but unsure if that would have even passed when I sent it in.

To say this place sucks for getting a vaccine is an understatement. Took 25 minutes to check us in because they had the wrong date of birth in their system for my son, all the while zero communication our first appt was at 12..hadnt even gotten paperwork at 1230..went up to pharmacist to ask for a time frame she said I dont know Im running behind...so we all just left. God awful.

Just left the pharmacy and the customer service was horrible. The pharmacy tech was extremely rude and seemed annoyed by my questions. When asked if she could contact the other pharmacy to see if they could fill the prescription, she told me she was too busy to do that. She was kept cutting me off when I would ask her any questions. I do plan to go in and talk to the head pharmacist about this incident. I'm pretty sure she has had other complaints and this cannot be the first time this has happened. I can honestly say that I will not be a returning customer because of her.

I go here once a year to see if the store or service has improved. This drugstore is also the closest one to me, so you would think I would go more often. Alas, the experience has always been a negative one for me. Perhaps for others it may be positive. Twice it was outright incompetence. in handling a prescription, once it had to do with applying a coupon. Once the cashier was clearly annoyed that there was someone in their nearly empty store looking around. My advice is simple go somewhere else or online if you are not in a big hurry.
