I called the pharmacy today to have a medication filled for a patient traveling spoke to Pharmacist Christopher He made me laugh, his humor and jovial character were 100% appreciated. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here on photos over the last year and other items. I just drove 30 mins in a complete blizzard to pick up $50 worth of photos, called ahead to let them know I would be there right at 959pm. The young female on the phone was incredibly rude. I got there in the blizzard at 959pm as she was locking the door. Walgreens closes at 10pm. I was at the door at 959pm. She looked at me smiled and brought my photos to the back laughing while dancing. That’s incredibly rude to say the least. Perhaps the worst customer service experience I ever remember as these photos and magents and gifts were for my family for Christmas. You’ve lost my business. Steer clear of this store as they don’t care about their customers.
Alyssa in the photo dept did a FANTASTIC job and help me get 3 copies of a very special picture. She took her time and made a not so clear picture into a memorable photo. I call the store manager also to let him know how GREAT SHE WAS
For the second month in a row walgreens has lost my subscription. I've got a email saying they received the script from the doctor but when I go to the store they say they have no script. No one seems to want to resolve the problem. So I resolved it by moving to Rite Aid right down the street. Good ridden to bad service...
I really like Walgreens. It is a convenient location for me and I like looking at all the fun stuff they sell. What is irritating to me is that the online hours say they are open til 10 p.m. However, I arrive at 9:13 pm and they are closed. I check the posted hours, and they also say pm. Please fix your hours so I don't make a normally convenient trip very inconvenient!
I've had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy. Every time you call, you are on hold for a very long time before even speaking with anyone. Prescriptions take hours, if not days, to fill. I've called them to see if they could fill my prescription sooner, since it said the pick up time was the next day, and I'm told "No, we are closing at 7pm"....really? It's a Friday night and according to your hours, you're open until at least 9pm or 10pm. I'm done. I'm switching to Wegmans pharmacy. At least they seem to care more about their customers.
Went to drop off a fed ex package. They wouldn’t let me use a pen to fill out the paper I had to ship. They said I had to buy one very rudely. The pen cost 8.00$. Then they said they wouldn’t let me use tape. Said I had to buy it and buy envelopes because they don’t give envelopes. This isn’t true because when you pay for express overnight they are supposed to supply the large envelope. Envelopes were 6$ and tape was 4$. If it wasn’t an emergency I would have just left and went somewhere else. I will never do business with moneys again.
I could not believe when I began to read the reviews that someone else mentioned the pharmacy tech with the long hair& awful attitude. He is beyond rude& his lack of desire to work actually affects my prescriptions. He has asked me to come back in the morning while I am sitting in the drive-thru with a Walgreens text saying my script is ready for pick up. I am a school teacher?! He wants me to take the day off to pick up a prescription that is already supposed to be filled? I switched pharmacies bc of this arrogant, awful man. My dr recently put in my prescription & sent it to Walgreens before asking. He offered to change it but I said it was fine.. one time deal, can’t be that bad again, right? Wrong. I got the surfer boy “too cool to work” pharmacy tech and an hour later was in tears on the phone with the store manager. The minute I asked for the number at the pharmacy counter my prescription was filled instantly. I still followed through with the call bc this guy is too much. No one should be treated in the demeaning way he treats& talks to people. The store owner is calling me tomorrow, since the manager said I’m not the first to complain. Get rid of the guy bc he’s costing you business, Walgreens! I’ll never go again. Never.
The first thing this pharmacy needs to do is get rid of the Pharmacy tech with the beard, long hair and tattoo's! This guy is nothing short of extremely rude and condescending. No personality at all, acts like it's a huge deal to have to get your prescription and just gives an air of arrogance that is hard to deal with. I will not be spending one more dime in this store. My second dealing with this person today confirmed my earlier assessment of this individual. What's more disturbing is the Pharmacists allow his behavior to continue unchecked. It's ridiculous. Avoid this store at all cost is my recommendation.
Tried to pick up prescriptions for my wife and myself but the pharmacy was closed @ 700pm. The pharmacy hours on the entrance states pharmacy closes @ 900pm. We will no longer use this facility.
