My mom needed help printing photos off of her phone. There was one person at the desk that dismissed her. Dee Dee came over right away and helped another customer with their phone and then came over and helped my mom. Even though they were very busy she was very sweet and even found us in an isle to make sure we received the printed photos. Thank you Dee Dee for your kind demeanor and making a trip quick and easy for us!
i needed to print some posters, which was an easy thing to do according to one employee, but when i came back a few days later it was an absolute headache. customer service was awful. my questions were brushed aside and ignored, the website for ordering prints is everything but user-friendly and the management failed to keep someone available at the photo department which was relatively busy both visits. that meant the incompetent, understaffed and under-trained cashiers had to help, which took about 2 hours to complete. i do not blame the employees, this is clearly the fault of management. do better.
I switched pharmacies about 8 months ago from CVS to this Walgreens and I have never gone and received my subscription without any issues. Each time I call a day in advance and they tell me my subscription is ready for pick up and each time I go, there is an issue and it was not filled. I understand things happen but what makes this experience worse is the pure rude and unprofessional technicians that work there. I also saw this happen to other people in front of me in line. When your medicine is critical and they won’t they let you go a week early to pick up, you are left in a position that you have to go to another pharmacy, temporarily transfer the script and pay out of pocket. The pharmacist will also be standing there and will not attempt to solve or resolve the matter. I would not recommend the use of this pharmacy and I will be working with my insurance to change pharmacies.
Very convenient location, otherwise the last pharmacy I would go to. Staff not helpful and very slow. Always issues with the prescription I’ve had to pick up. Take your business elsewhere, like a locally owned pharmacy that cares about their customers.
Typical for a Walgreens. Nothing stood out. There was some dude in there shopping for what appeared to be wine and baby powder. Go figure. He give me a doller as I was entering the store because I think he thought I was homeless. I went in the store and bought a pack of gum. Went there to buy some stocking stuffer for my wife. Walked around the makeup section for about 30 minutes. Started to leave because the guy buying wine and baby powder was staring at me with an odd grin. Then I realized he was the one who gave me a doller. The staff were great. They helped me friend something for my wife's Christmas stocking. Prices were fair, i suspect. Baby powder guy turned out to be a former college perfessor of mine shopping for he and his wife who were watching their grandchildren. The doller was a joke. Great place for a short shopping adventure.
The pharmacist at this Walgreens is rude, disrespectful and racist. He asked my personal medical information in front of the entire pharmacy as to why I and my husband are immunocompromised, instead of just letting us fill out the paper work with privacy. Then he began arguring and yelling at me about our medical condition and why he felt that we didn’t qualify for a booster though Walgreens’s form clearly state that we do. Then he refused us service, my husband, my child and myself. I have never been treated so rudely and with such disdain by anyone in my life let alone a health care provider. I will never return to this Walgreens.
My appointmentment for a flu shot was pointless. Had to wait a long time to get it. This was not the case my experience with other pharmacies.
The pharmacy experience here is shameful. I have never been to a business that is so consistently rude to its customers- especially the heavy-set tech. She makes sure everyone knows how much she hates people, and she’s indiscriminate in her attitude. We’ve moved all of our prescriptions elsewhere. You’d think with so much competition in a one-mile radius they would care more, but obviously not. Bye, Walgreens!
I brought two kinds of medicine refill and they forgot one of them. It costed me four trips just to get the refill done.
This pharmacy has been a 3 day attempt nightmare. Never have I encountered a worse pharmacy. Mind numbing. The heavy-set tech only saying that because I see multiple other reviews mentioning is a very mean and hateful person who has no problem letting you feel her misery and hate. It’s insane honestly.
