The reason I’m giving this store a 5 star rating is because of Kacie in the pharmacy department. She is the MOST EFFICIENT, PRODUCTIVE, KIND, SMART AND UNDERSTANDING staff member!!! She is ALWAYS doing her best to help me with ANY situation or questions I have about my insurance or medication. She ALWAYS goes ABOVE AND BEYOND with her duties to ensure that I’m comfortable and satisfied with my experience. When I went into the Warminster store today I was elated and relieved to see Kacie behind the counter! Even though she was extremely busy, she gave me her ever famous calming and welcoming smile! I insisted on waiting for Kacie to help me with my stressful situation and like usual she managed to get things done! PLEASE LET KACIE KNOW THAT SHE IS TRULY AN AWESOME PHARMACY TECH!!!! She is the BEST!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kacie! I THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS HELPING ME WITH WHATEVER THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tina Nagel

Dealing with this pharmacy is beyond frustrating. Every month they mess up my wife's prescriptions. Even when I ask questions, they continue to give the wrong medicine which results in us paying twice. If you have a specialized order, don't go here

I actually thought the place was abandoned it was in such a state of disrepair. The staff was friendly at least

Walgreens pharmacy services went down from 10 to 1, Pharmacy inventory is down, I was driving around the Bucks county to get simple antibiotics, I don't exactly why, but it's fact. Switch to Rite Aid or CVS, even better to local pharmacies

I ordered invitations online, said they would be done 12:50pm I show up at 1pm the systems down, I understand it happens. I come pack at 8pm they tell me they can not find my order I showed them my online receipt. They still can not find it, they can not refund me my money there. So now I get waste 30 mins to an hour to get my money back by calling l. This place has forever lost my business. The 24/7 CVS across the street will have it now.

The pharmacy staff went out of their way to get me a 10 dollar discount.

Been going here since 2017 when my dog was put on a lifelong medication that costs over $100 a month without insurance. Without fail whenever the script ran out I would be stressed to no end trying to follow up with them and my vet playing a he said she said game of them claiming they’re sending requests for refills and my vet never saying they got it. Finally had my last straw today when the woman at the pharmacy counter basically told me their system is down and I have to go get my script hand written from the vet and bring it back, even after confirming THEY had my vets fax number wrong!!! You’ve been sending them faxes for 4 years how do you not have the right number and then TELL ME YOUR CUSTOMER to go do YOUR JOB!!! Thousands of dollars have been spent here and you will NEVER receive another DIME from me!!!

Just went I wanted to buy something on sale if you have there reward card. So my phone number wasn’t working and the cashier attempt to charge me regular price. So I’m expecting him to offer me the card I told him I don’t want to pay regular price if is gonna be regular price I don’t want it he did not offer the card he just void what I wanted and charge me for the other item I was taking. I ask him you and your company rather loose that sale he didn’t respond. Poor Walgreens keep it up with employees like that and you guys gonna end up in the ground. I can tell you guys not far from it.

Employees are rude especially Gail . Anytime I get a prescription filled here the pimply face teenager is usually on his phone and will not acknowledge my presence until he's done playing on his phone. I can't believe this place isn't still in business especially with CVS which is amazing across the street if it wasn't for insurance I'd be buying everything there extremely disappointed.

I've been sitting at the Walgreen's healthcare clinic for two hours now. I finally got taken back and she told me she couldn't treat me because I had a mobile copy of my insurance card. She had me walk down to photo and print it out. I came back and she had already taken another patient. In my time here, I had to buy a bag of cough drops and the photo of my insurance card, and wasted two hours that I could've been working from home. You have wasted my time and my money. Currently, I can hear the nurse practitioner joking with her current patient even though she knows I'm sitting out here waiting, with a fever, coughing on everything. Each appointment has taken over half an hour because she's chatting with people. It's a slap in the face. This is the worst healthcare experience I've ever had.
