Lovely place! Cute supervisor named Chelsea really helped me out! Will shop here again!

Jada the supervisor at this Walgreens was very unpleasant and treated us with the utmost disrespect. Told us that she didn’t care about what we had to say and told us to leave after trying to buy some pop. Completely unwarranted and awful.

Some lady named jada who i am assuming is the manager there is completely rude and disrespectful. Fix your management, or find better managers.

I went to the North Muskegon store tonight at 9:54 I needed 1 thing....they told me they were closed, when I got back to my car I realized it wasn't 10pm yet, so I drove around to the pharmacy and she said she would let me in....then the lady working the front came and told me that are allowed to close 7 minutes early and had already pulled the drawers. So the website should say closes at around 10pm.. not at 10pm.

This is the 3rd time they have sold me outdated 6pk of coke or sprite. It was coke this time. I got it home and it was horribly flat. A waste of my time and gas once again, what's wrong with this place, they already charge more then meijer.

I read several poor reviews. I am a senior who had a special request for an order, my experience was good. Spoke with a manager to make a special order who did so in a timely manor. That manager even told me about the discount on the first Tuesday of the month. I was called the Monday prior, that my order was ready. My personal experience at this location was very pleasant. All of the staff I spoke with that day was very nice and helpful.

I usually fill my prescription here every few months. Tonight I was waited on by a guy at the drive through who was pretty unpleasant. My prescription cannot be filled until the following day but I drop it off the day before to pick up in the morning as I work early. Never had a problem before. But I do notice that when filling a pain medication, you are treated differently. He looked at my prescription, tossed it on the counter and said, "I can't do anything with this." I asked if he could just fill it for the morning for me to pick it up and he said no. He told me that people say he lost their prescription. What does this have to do with me? He just didn't want to do it because it was a day early and he labeled me. I know this review doesn't matter. I generally like Walgreens and they have been great. My problem is just with the employee. Again, it doesn't matter. I'm just a junkie looking for relief for my back pain.

I went to this walgreens for about the 4th time for my wife to pick up a prescription for my daughter. Every time they have been rude. But, tonight around 7.30 a heavy set lady with a pink pony tail was so rude, threw a temper tantrum then made me drive around again and go to end of line because she didnt have ready. She was rolling her eyes and very bitchy. I wonder how she got the job and most important how does she keep it. What horrible service. There was 3 women in there trying to figure out things and all seemed very bitter... all i said is that i would like to pick up my daughters prescription. I was polite and drove around and waited 20min. then the pink pony pig got upset because my engine fan turned on. I can only guess that they are using the drugs themselves.. Life is short, dont go here. Im sure other walgreens are fine, but dont go here unless you want to be insulted for fun..

I live very close to the Apple and quarterline Walgreens, which is AWESOME. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE OUT OF MY MOM'S PRESCRIPTION AND IT'S HAPPENED A FEW TIMES SO WE HAD TO START GETTING IT FILLED AT THE HOLTON STORE EVERY TIME I TALKED TO SOMEBODY THEY GAVE ME A DIFFERENT DATE THAT IT COULD BE DONE SO WHEN I DROVE ALL THE WAY TO NORTH MUSKEGON TO PICK IT UP I WAS TREATED LIKE AN ADDICT OR A JUNKIE AND VERY RUDELY TOLD THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING FOR ME AND WON'T HAVE ANYTHING FOR ME UNTIL SUCH IS SUCH A DAY AND I WOULD RESPOND WELL I CALLED YESTERDAY AND I WAS TOLD THIS DAY THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY SCREWED UP IT'S STILL YOUR FAULT THEY ARE RUDE AND JUDGMENTAL

They told me my rx would be ready in 5mins, so i waited 10 to be sure, went back to the counter and they said it will be ready in 10mins. Hows that work? Riteaid here i come
