The old white haired lady and the lady with the white coat on were rude as hell. I was trying to explain to her what happened but she. CUT me off and kept on going. going. I willchange from this walgreens to another one.cause this o e in wetumpka they do not know how to treat people.

Friendly staff and quick service, but the manager feels like he needs to overtake the parking lot with more than his share of parking spots, especially right near the front door. The selfless individual should leave these spots for the elderly people who shop there more than anyone else. This Chevy Camaro is no exception to the rule. After calling the manager, he said that was his car, and he could do that! What a Professional way for a manager to represent Walgreens Company! Im moving my Rx to another pharmacy!

I to get a prescription filled and only had a 15 minute wait. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Have moved to this area in past year and the courtesy and efficiency demonstrated at this location FAR surpasses the Pharmacy I used in Montgomery NOT a Walgreens. The personnel are knowledgeable and never hesitate to answer questions.

I think they need more of a diverse staff. They're not BROWN friendly which could land them in big trouble seeing that they don't hide it at all to a point of being almost RUDE!!!. If the manager wasn't so busy watching a black woman shopping that spent easily $50 bucks or more he could have been more helpful in helping me find the proper meds I needed. Hint: No one ever ask me whose name my reward card is saved under.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Never have your prescription ready on time it’s ridiculous! Then says they never received a prescription clearly they do NOT know what they are doing ! Will be switching pharmacies!

Absolutely love this pharmacy. They always do their best in making my experience both friendly and professional. I always walk out/drive out with a smile. Totally 5 star wordfully. Thanks for all you do!

I went to get my wedding photos done and Michael was great in helping me, I am not tech savvy. He also had to work the front register too.

About 3 months ago, I a rx filled and they filled it under my daughter's name and it was for me. Today I go, and they give me the wrong item on the rx. Mind you a tech and pharmacist both checked the items. Please check your meds before you leave to make sure they are actually yours and what was ordered. I am out of town now and have to find another Walgreens to get the correct rx and pay a 2nd deductible and wait 2 weeks until I get back in town to get a refund.
