Update: lowered to 3 stars: This store gives me whiplash between its amazing service and lousy service. The following paragraph is still true, that happened, but today they called hours before an appointment for the COVID and flu vaccine, said "we ran out, we're canceling the appointment." Huh? You ran out, you didn't know we had an appointment and save vaccines for us? Okay, let's reschedule -- "nope, not our problem, go online and figure it out yourself" was basically the response, no interest in helping further. My mom's doctor called in a prescription on a Friday, turns out it wasn't advised for her age group. The pharmacist Bhavani my apologies if misspelled followed up with doctor office but they didn't reply. The dr's after-hours call service shut me down, said I was out of luck until Monday. Bhavani, on her own initiative, called the after-hours number, persevered with the call service, got a doctor on the line, and got the okay needed, filled the prescription, and then called me. Talk about above and beyond service! Definitely 5-star service for which my mom and I were very appreciative!

Savvie handled my pick up orders professionally. I appreciate all the staff who prepared my pick up orders. Sometimes they are quite heavy like several bottles of laundry detergent. Thank you!

Feel unconfrtable to talk to the staff over the phone. Maybe they are busy, understaffed and stressed. It is refelcting on the customers. They lack courtesy and very rude when communicating.

Pharmacy is incredibly rude. When you call to ask a question, they either give you one word answers or start talking over you. And no, I was not rambling on. If you take more than 3 seconds to ask a question, you get talked over.

Very slow in responses, sometimes it takes days to deliver the medicine. They always have some issues with their system or they are heavily backed up. They have a sign stating come pick up in 30 mins or less and need to be removed, since this never the case.

HORRRRRRIBLE place to fill a prescription!! Their store hours online are completely different. They close whenever they feel like it! I had to get antibiotics for my young child and when we got there 6:25pm they were already “closed”! They were all walking out and could care less about their patients. They are supposed to close at 10pm! What an unprofessional location! Do not go here!

Walgreens is the worst for filling prescriptions. The staff is extremely incompetent. They tell us that the prescriptions are ready to pick up but when we go there they say we can’t pick it up until couple days later. When we go the next time they tell us they have to order it and it will take another three days to fill. Then they say our insurance is expired when it is not. I called the insurance and it is not the insurance problem the staff at Walgreens doesn’t know how to submit it correctly. Will never go to Walgreens again!

Seriously don’t try to fill your prescriptions here, horrible experience took several trips to the store then waited for over 20 min in the drive throughwe were the only people in line to finally get the prescription. Staff was NOT helpful. NEVER will come to this location again.

This is for the Labcorp within Walgreens. If you have a time sensitive test, don't go here. I made an appointmen. I got there, checked-in, then waited for 10-15 minutes. Their employee came out and said: "I cannot perform any tests anymore because my PC is not functioning and I have run out if kits.". It was 10 AM! The nearest labcorp location is 45 minutes away and without an appointment good luck making it before your deadline.

Truly the worse pharmacy in town. If you call there they put you on hold and then turn around and hang up on you after 15 to 20 minutes. I had to reach the pharmacist for a very important prescription and they hung up on me 4 times after a long a wait each time. Don't even think to call the store manager he'll tell you right upfront that's it's the pharmacy and he has nothing to do with it. We have been trying for 4 days and nothing.. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!
