I was here today behind a couple looking for their pick up order. You have a young female desk clerk that needs some considerable training. Desk clerk told them they didn’t have any orders at the store for pick up. Customer tried to show her order confirmation to desk clerk, desk clerk didn’t look at customer’s email and said “straight up, we don’t have any orders. If we did, they would show here” while showing the customer her handheld machine and scrolling sarcastically. I felt upset for the client ahead of me, so I stepped in to ask if her order showed a store # or address. I confirmed she was at the correct location. The store clerk proceeded to ask to scan my FedEx package. She told me she couldn’t accept it. I told her I’ve dropped FedEx SmartPost here 3 times in the past. She scanned it again and said “look” while shoving her handheld toward me. “I can’t override this” I said I’d figure it out somewhere else. She was very obviously not willing to troubleshoot. Someone, please help this young lady improve her customer service. Her attitude and demeanor is hurting your store.
As I approached the checkout, the clerk looked right at me and walked into the back. I stood at the register for a couple minutes and realized Noone was going to check me out, so I left my items on the counter and left. I will never go back to that store and may drop Walgreens all together.
I am a regular at this store and wanted to mention a young lady Maryama who is a wonderful front desk clerk. She was very helpful and quick with it. By far my favorite employee at this store. Always a pleasure to be assisted by her.
Just had the most frustrating customer service experience with the male employee who was helping me with my photo pickup order. What should have taken a couple minutes at best turned into a 20 minute ordeal because he couldn’t “find” my order. Instead of looking where oh I don’t know, DIRECTLY BEHIND HIM in the first place he went on a wild goose chase around the store and proceeded to chat my ears off about how “he doesn’t know what to do” or “I don’t know why the store would send you a confirmation email if we never got the order”…the cherry on top is how it was somehow my fault for not verbally wording how I placed my order correctly.‍
This place is one of the better Walgreens. I wanted to make this review so people can see how biased the reviews below are. I see many reviews pointing out how the Shift Lead Pam is so "rude". While at times she may be grumpy, she is not rude. Many of the customers I see below can be easily recognized by their profile pictures, and I can confirm, they are horrible people, calling the staff names, one of the below or above people even swearing and cussing at Pam, this is sad. Another big thing I see is that this Walgreens doesn't honor coupon codes. They do... If you took more than 5 seconds to read their policies, you would see that they don't price match the website, accept coupons for other stores, accept EXPIRED coupons, or accept coupons that have been ripped. I suggest that if you are going to post about how staff are rude, or they didn't accept a coupon, take a look at how rude you were to the cashier who had 0 control over the situation.
Pam was incredibly unhelpful. Told me that she couldn't give me a piece of scotch tape so I could put my label on the package I was shipping. And then quickly walked away without saying anything else. She could have at least pointed me to the aisle with tape.
Refused to accept a legitimate Walgreens gift card. Manager was rude and incompetent. I offered to confirm my identity through my driver's license, even though I already confirmed my Walgreens account information. Manager could have cared less. I had been a customer since this location opened and will never go back. I'll take my business to another company that values their customers and honors the gift cards their company issues.
Everyone who works at this store is so nice! Helpful, caring, always working at stocking, cleaning, and making sure things are good. The pharmacy people are wonderful. I am so thankful for them and their assistance. Thank you all! Troy, Clay, Jen, Jennifer ~ you rock!
Don't get pictures printed here, horrible quality. All my pictures were super dark. Also, none of them printed the same size and the person in the picture was distorted. Contacted Walgreens about it several days ago, no response. So bad service on top of a horrible product.
Not used to doing this but I figured I would because of a policy change I didn't know about, my wife and myself went there to get some perceptions and a couple of other things, among the other things was a pack of cigarettes I went to buy my stuff and since I knew the new policy was changed to 21 years and older I brought my ID which I usually do when buying cigarettes, as I was putting my stuff down the last asked for my ID so I got it out. She looked at my wife who was with me and asked her for her ID also but my wife didn't want to carry her purse with after working and lifting heavy bags of coins so she said she didn't bring hers. The cashier looked at us and and said since both of us didn't have ID she couldn't sell to me. I do understand policy but there was nothing posted that I saw and I didn't know before we left home that we both needed it or we would of brought them. Needless to say we just walked out. I went home and read the new policies announced by Walgreens but none said anything about all individuals needing an ID just the individual paying for them. If I am wrong I would like to be corrected but I would also would like to know how do they check kids that go in with parents or do the parents need to leave the kids in the car now to buy one pack of cigarettes because there daughter or son don't have ID. So if a single mom or dad have to go pick up prescriptions and a couple other things and they are trying to buy everything at once they have to go somewhere else to buy everything cause the kids they have don't have ID and no one else to watch them. Let me know if this policy is true please do I can start shopping somewhere else.
