The worst pharmacy ever.. Very unorganized. The staff really doesn’t care and will make a million excuses for their incompetence
Walgreens is one of my favorite places to shop. I've never been to a walgreens that declines you to purchase what you have in your cart. I will not be returning to this store. If you do not want people to purchase things from your store put up a sign. It is deceitful to have false advertisements. That's also the word the store manager used to my husband and I for how we said people have to shop with their rule. Terrible customer service and terrible experience. Do not recommend this store at all!
Worst experience at a Walgreens in my life. From out of town and use Walgreens at home regularly. Son got sick needs antibiotics and can’t even get them filled no communication what so ever. Go to pick it up a d they was struggling with insurance so instead they turned me away due to it being their lunch time and told me I had to come back later after lunch! So unprofessional. Show how much your customer mean to you! Will never return here and will not recommend to anyone!!
They keep burying my medication in a "90 day fill" order, then tell me my insurance won't cover it. They then ask if I'm okay with buying "just" a 30 day supply. That's how my Doctor prescribed it, so, of course I'm okay with that. The 90 day supply is more profitable to them, but it's a waste of mine and my Doc's time!
We just moved from Nebraska and had to transfer our prescriptions Shelly and Grace went above and beyond in customer service and truly made me feel welcome to this new town and state ! January 18 th Daisy helped me with an online photo order and was AMAZING!!!!!! Appreciate her so much!
Pharmacist was unprofessional, and used her own personal morals to govern business instead of following the laws and regulations the state and federal government have put into place. I will never use Walgreens again.
Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the window. “Be with you shortly” or something would be nice.
Store Manger needs retrained on pickup orders and customer service.
Never picked up their phone. Horrible customer service.
