My cousin did a pickup order on Friday and this morning it charged her double and it made her overdraft and all they said was that it wasn’t them‍ridiculous
I called the local store to suggest that they send some feedback upwards through management concerning their automated system of answering the phone...after discussing this issue with others who find it difficult to get the call transferred to a live associate. I finally told the "robot' that I needed a cashier. The call was transferred to an associate so I asked her if she could visually look for a product as being in stock. She said she was busy at the checkout at the front of the store so she transferred me to the manager on duty. The call was answered by a manager named Leslie. After describing the automated issue, she visually checked the merchandise in the area where it is usually located and replied that it was still out if stock. I told her that I had been waiting for the item for three weeks to be ordered and returned to stock. I had an image of the item on my phone so I gave her the UPC code. She found the listing for the item and immediately put it on order. I told her that I had recommended the product to others and I told them where to find it. I closed the call with commending her for her great customer assistance and great work ethic. Maybe if they get enough calls concerning the automated answering system, they will add one option in the menu to "Press Zero to be transferred to an associate"
Refused to sell product that I took off their shelves this morning because it wasn’t “in the system”. 100% believe that happened because the product I was trying to buy is highly collectible and possibly highly profitable. Wouldn’t be surprised to learn staff/management buys out all the collectible items before they even hit the shelves. Guess I just grabbed some before they could hide it. Any other item I would have brought to the register would have had some random price applied to it and we all know it.
Rude staff workers yet again. Red haired woman kept following me around the store as if I was going to steal something. I'm not there to steal from your stores. I'm not a 7 years old and I'm a grown man. Will never enter this store again and if you're going to enter this Walgreens in beeville be prepared to be labeled as a possible criminal if your not some white person.
Why is it that they look at you and follow you like they think you are going to steal something here?..... I shop... wait I used to shop here all the time. I used to go in late after a long day of work and this lovely older blonde lady was there. Now it’s a different and awful feeling. I’m moving my monthly prescriptions and my other 4 family member’s prescriptions as well. They are rude and really do not understand customer service here. Too bad for many it’s the only option in Beeville. I wish the local pharmacy would stay open later.
Rude staff and has "rules" without making them clear before walking through the door which lead to them asking to leave my backpack in the front which I will not do. They allow purses but not backpacks which I don't see the difference just one is on your shoulder other on your back they serve the same purpose. Another incident i entered the store the employees followed me around as if I was doing suspicious actions which I was not. It is very disappointing and I will not be coming to this store again.

Manager is very unprofessional, I feel bad for the workers I seen her yell at them. Literally a manager yelling at a customer I told her not to be doing that. And she walked away.
Jewelisa sp? Went above and beyond with her customer service. I went late needing pictures done and she went ahead and printed them quickly just so I could have them. Thank you so much.
