Walgreens Pharmacy at Detroit Receiving Hospital

The pharmacist is very rude & disrespectful, honestly he makes it hard for any sickle cell patients to get their prescription. Every time me or my sibling comes to pick up my mothers medication he has an different excuse… Him and most of the stuff needs to be fired! Some of the woman are cool.

This pharmacy do not deserve to have a contract with DMC. In fact...None of the Walgreens deserve to have a pharmacy with DMC. Particularly the one located inside receiving hospital. The pharmacist indeed racist. Very unprofessional and get mad then say he's not filling you prescription because your doctor won't change your medication to what he think you should be on. They don't have the patients of Detroit best interest. It's a shame this pharmacy went to the extreme to not fill my prescriptions. Not to mention the refusing to to fill a lot of cancer and sickle cell patients medications. So sad

Months later, still without a doubt one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. I've been coming here because it's a hospital and they'll fill weird perscriptions, but not even that is enough anymore. The service is still insultingly slow and the pharmacists are still very patronizing.

They are super rude I was told 20 mins witch I understand can go longer but wen I went back after wait in the hospital to check I was told on of the scripts was 400 dollars n none were ready at all when I asked was for the paper back that's wen it seemed to be a issue they shouldn't be working there with snotty attitudes

Dealing with Jackie the lead pharmacist, has been the best customer service expericence of my life, no joke. Outstanding!!
