Walgreens Pharmacy at Waterview Tower

This is the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. The staff is always kind, quick, and I never have a problem calling to get something filled when due. Thank you guys!!

Great customer service every one their is very friendly they deliver me medicines to me at home for free and refill my prescription for me auto matically every month I don’t have to call it in they even go the extra mile to call my doctor for me to get more refills when ever I should run out they are awesome

Worst customer service ever. The pharmacy manager does not respond to my requests and talks over me when I am speaking. Multiple times unauthorized charges were made and Angela refused to reverse the charges.

This Walgreens has excellent customer service especially with prescriptions. They always have my hard to get prescription on hand for me ! They deliver to my doctors office at Good Sam hospital for free and on time for my bi- yearly dose! Excellent pleasant service !

When moving from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach one of my thoughts was "oh no, Im losing my neighborhood Walgreens." Its so hard to find a good pharmacy. I have to go every month since I was a kid, it can become something you don't want to do if you dread dealing with the pharmacy closest to you, so finding a pharmacy you trust for good advice, kindness and professionalism is so important. I have to say by leaps and bounds this pharmacy staff is some of the best in the business. They always take the time to answer questions, they get to know you and I think every pharmacy good take a page from their book as far as caring for your customers in health, safety and a feeling of being welcome.

Had an expiring prescription from a New York Doctor. the Pharmacist Steve did an exceptional and caring job to get the refill prescription from a hard-to-reach doctor’s office. Kept me hea kitty which is worth more than. 5 stars.

This is NOT a real drugstore Walgreens, but a pharmacy ONLY, located inside a building. No visible signs whatsoever from the street.

All the people that work here are great.
