We highly recommend Walker Mortuary! We worked with Jeff and he was so great to help us with everything we needed- not many could provide all the services needed for a funeral for three! They were compassionate and caring and very professional! At such a hard time in our lives they were wonderful and we appreciate all they did to help us through this difficult time.
Walker Mortuary was very kind and easy to work with in my time of great need. My family knew what we wanted with the passing of our loved one. They were happy to facilitate those wishes. We were not pressured to change or add any services. Our ideas or questions were answered with peaceful reassurances. We were provided many extra benefits we did not know were available including the photo gallery and obituary. They were accomplished as I requested. I recommend Walker Mortuary to all. They are truly professional as they bring their services to our community.
We have used Walker Mortuary for years in our family starting with my grandfather back in 1979 to my mom in 2008 and now my dad this year. They have always given wonderful service. They don't pressure you into getting things you don't want and their prices are very reasonable. I've dealt with other mortuaries that were nice but Walker has that down-home-you're-family feel that makes your grieving a little easier to bear. They made sure everything was perfect for my dad's funeral. I was there when they removed his body from the VA home. They were respectful and concerned with my feelings as well as taking good care of my dad. Throughout the process and even several weeks after, they contacted me to make sure I was doing okay. I appreciate their concern and kind/professional way they conducted themselves.
Walker mortuary has been the ONLY mortuary for my family since 1964. I have never had a single complaint. I was widowed in 2012 and i was shown so much kindness I can't even describe it. They have been of choice for both my parents and inlaws. Recently my sister in law passed and there is limited family involved and they came to my rescue. They make you feel like you are completely in charge. Everything exactly what you want while taking the burdens of the hard stuff completely away. Betty looked beautiful and natural . They provided us a lovely room for a small service and even transported her remains 260 miles for burial. I have grown to love and appreciate the Walker family with every experience!! They really are the very best in care!!
Walker Mortuary were so wonderful to work with. All staff and personal were very professional and showed a lot care and feelings for our family during this emotional time in our lives. Would highly recommend them to anyone who has lost a loved one!!
Walker Mortuary, Adam and all of them are the kindest people to work with during such difficult times. I have worked with them for my Dad and Mom and our daughter thru the years and now my sweetheart Rod and their kindness is constant. We have personally known their Grandpa Lynn Walker and their dad Allyn Walker. They have been and are all the best of the best.
I have never had to bury a son but I felt that Beth was amazingly kind and helpful. She was able to take pictures of my son's tattoos before the cremation for me. Anything I needed she was right there for me and my grand-daughter. I'm happy I chose Walker Mortuary.
The Walker mortuary has such feeling and empathy for the families that give them their business. I felt more like a member of the family than I did a customer.. they took such care of my husband down to every detail. And made sure that I knew everything I had as an option on things I had to do. They were there for me and helped me through this hard time in my life.. I am going to have them do my arrangements for when I pass away. Because of how much they feel about doing the right thing for the family.
Walker’s Mortuary was there for our family from beginning to end. They were caring and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure the services went well. Having someone available afterwards to help figure out the retirement and life insurance paperwork was extremely helpful.
Walker mortuary is amazing. Their staff is kind, and knowledgeable, and take the time to explain every detail. My father's passing came with allot of questions, and unknowns, but Jeff took care of all the details, and allowed us to morn.
